This charming home will steal your heart at first sight. A brand new 3 bed 2 bath mountain property ideally located in Florissant. Nestled in the pine trees featuring two king and one queen beds (All Nectar brand), a gas fireplace, and a covered back porch with a grill and seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen provides all essential cookware, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. Relax on the back patio facing the pine trees, lounging or enjoying the hot tub.
Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house, the perfect retreat for your stay! As you walk into the house, you will be greeted by a wonderful open concept living space. Large windows provide ample natural light. A large and comfortable sectional couch will allow you to gather around the fireplace and the large Roku Smart TV mounted above.
For your meals, snacks and drinks, you will have the choice of sitting at the table or at the gorgeous 9-foot island. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a gas cooking stove as well as stainless steel appliances. The high end cabinetry and the leathered finish granite countertops complete this luxury mountain style living picture.
The master bedroom offers a serene escape with an ensuite bathroom and a sumptuous king bed. The second bedroom features a spacious king bed, a wonderful color scheme and the best view of the treed back yard. The third bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and an artful and elegant décor. All bedrooms have their own Roku Smart TV and a remote controlled ceiling fan and lights.
Accessing the home is a breeze. The main community paved road takes you almost all the way to the house, only 3 min away from the Teller County Rd 1. The property boasts ample parking space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Pamper yourself in the luxurious hot tub, unwind on the balcony with a BBQ and seating area, and take advantage of the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. You are only 9 min away from the charming town of Florissant where you will find restaurants and bars, a coffee shop, an antique store and a gas station. Divide, where a nice convenience store is located, is a short 15 min drive away. Next stop is the city of Woodland Park that will offer everything you might need. 45 min up the highway are the wonderful vibrant arts community of Manitou Springs and the breathtaking Garden of the Gods. Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs are right next door. In the other direction, wonderful scenic drives with stunning view abound. The historic mining towns of Cripple Creek and Victor, with their attractions, museums and casinos are a short drive away.
Of course, you could not be staying in this amazing region without having the opportunity to drive up America's mountain (Pikes Peak) during the open road months, to visit the stunning Royal Gorge, to experience world-class fishing in the Eleven Mile Canyon, to spend the day at Eleven Mile State Park, or to enjoy numerous ATV/UTV & Jeep trails, hiking and biking trails. Our roads are well attended to during snow events and most front wheel drive vehicles will have no issue making it up. However, playing it safe by driving a 4x4 or an AWD vehicle is always our recommendation. In the event of a big storm, packing chains or mounting snow tires can ease your mind

Dog Policy:
This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 2 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

My stay here was amazing! I visited Colorado for a birthday getaway and the home exceeded my expectations. The home matched the pictures here on Airbnb. The home was in a secluded peaceful area. The house had everything you needed; down to the basic seasonings for a home cooked meal. I loved the master bedroom bathroom and the kitchen area. The interior design of the house was beautiful. I really enjoyed the hot tub. Philip was an amazing host, any questions I had; he answered in a timely manner. He even offered me suggestions on where to go. Keep in mind, if you do choose to stay; I recommend a rental car. Natalia

We cannot say enough great things about this place! If we could give it 6 stars, we would! We searched for months all over the state of Clorado for a home and this one checked all the boxes. Like others have previously mentioned, it is a hidden gem, very quiet and peaceful, but close enough to groceries and other attractions. As soon as you walk in the house, it feels like home. The fireplace is really cozy, full kitchen with all of the necessities, everything is decorated beautifully and can we talk about the hot tub? Star gazing in the hot tub after a long day of exploring was absolutely priceless! Philip and the Hoste Team were very communicative and made the entire process effortless. We would absolutely recommend choosing this property for your Colorado trip! We would love to come back in the future. Thank you for hosting us! This is a great location with access to Florissant Fossil Beds and Mueller State Park. We were happy with the entry instructions and general set up of the home. It could have been cleaner with dust under the beds, uncleaned dishes in the cabinets, etc. We were shocked when we were sent a charge for extra cleaning of the oven after we left. We never used the oven and only used the stovetop to make a package of bacon. Normal usage for a family stay at an Airbnb and easy to clean. It is a bummer when an owner tries to take advantage after a renter spends that much money.
