The space Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house, the perfect retreat for your stay! As you walk into the house, you will be greeted by a wonderful open concept living space. Large windows provide ample natural light. A large and comfortable sectional couch will allow you to gather around the fireplace and the large Roku Smart TV mounted above. For your meals, snacks and drinks, you will have the choice of sitting at the table or at the gorgeous 9-foot island. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a gas cooking stove as well as stainless steel appliances. The high end cabinetry and the leathered finish granite countertops complete this luxury mountain style living picture. The master bedroom offers a serene escape with an ensuite bathroom and a sumptuous king bed. The second bedroom features a spacious king bed, a wonderful color scheme and the best view of the treed back yard. The third bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and an artful and elegant décor. All bedrooms have their own Roku Smart TV and a remote controlled ceiling fan and lights. Accessing the home is a breeze. The main community paved road takes you almost all the way to the house, only 3 min away from the Teller County Rd 1. The property boasts ample parking space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Pamper yourself in the luxurious hot tub, unwind on the balcony with a BBQ and seating area, and take advantage of the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and soaps, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Welcome to your home away from home in Florissant! There are plenty of attractions to keep you busy, including Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Royal Gorge, world-class fishing in the Eleven Mile Canyon, Eleven Mile State Park, Mueller State Park, Cripple Creek Casinos, ATV/UTV & Jeep trails, hiking and biking trails. Learn more in the “Where you’ll be” section. Guest access Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use. Early Check-in Requests We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm. Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: 1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. 2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in. Other things to note ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $65 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. Dog Policy: This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 2 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. Dogs must never be left unattended in the house due to past instances of dog barking for hours leading to neighbors’ complaints. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals. NO SMOKING inside. Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. If guests do not follow the trash pickup instructions posted on the refrigerator, and the container is not picked up on Friday morning, guest may be charged the Apex return-trip fee of $99 Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements before booking. -We do welcome families with children to this home but we not provide any amenities or safety equipment for infants -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. - 2026-07-26T20:39:42Z · 5/5: Very beautiful home!! LOVED the outdoor space. We were not able to use the hot tub because of the rain but no complaints. The rain with the scenery was so peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the patio just enjoying the quietness especially in the mornings while drinking our coffee. Kitchen was fully stocked. House was very homey and the grill was a plus. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we might of had before the trip and during the trip. Would definitely recommend!!

I would definitely stay here again!! If you decide to stay here, look up Guffeys Gorge! Short drive and so fun for kids! Phillip was responsive quickly and this home is definitely top notch!!
