And did we mention it's just a few hundred yards from the southern border of Garden of the Gods park? You can literally walk (or ride) right out the door to access the parks miles and miles of world class trails and spectacular sights.

*We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
*Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
* Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Amenities
Our stay at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the host gave us the wrong code and was very unresponsive, leaving us waiting about 30 minutes outside before we could even get in. Once inside, we immediately noticed visible mold in several areas and even found a used tampon on the floor, which made it clear the place hadn’t been cleaned properly. The photos were misleading, the house looked much more tired and run down than advertised. The backyard wasn’t fenced, which was inconvenient and unsafe for our dogs, and the hot tub didn’t work, constantly showing an error code.<br/>Even more concerning, after we left, we all started feeling very sick, which we hadn’t before our stay, possibly related to the mold or general condition of the home. Overall, the property felt neglected and unhygienic, and the experience was not what was promised. I wouldn’t recommend booking until it’s thoroughly cleaned, repaired, and properly managed. Silfredo
