You can literally walk (or ride) right out the door to access the parks miles and miles of world class trails and spectacular sights.

The house is all yours! 4 bedrooms, entertainer's kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, billiards room, living room and private back yard. We know you'll love it!
Other things to note
*We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
*Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
* Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Nice and clean. Close to the Garden of the God’s. I booked this house for myself and two work colleagues for a work trip to CO Springs for a week. While everything in the house is functional, the house is a quite a bit more beat-up than the pictures conveyed. The hot tub was not working and the water in it did not appear to be clean. Doors didn’t close and overall the place was just too shoddy. Had I know the condition of the property, I would have booked hotel rooms for the group and had a more pleasant experience. For the price, this house was a disappointment, and I would not come back. Cheri

Macario's home was stylish, comfortable, and clean. It was the ideal location to access all that Colorado Springs has too offer. I highy recommend staying in Macario's property.
