The house was very clean and cozy. Great location to downtown. Easy walk to everything. Host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.

The property was clean, and had everything that was needed for our stay. The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, who loved squirrel watching. The host was easy to communicate with when we had any concerns. The home was perfect for a couple traveling with their dogs. Thank you!

Given we drove from AZ through the night to attend my son's parent's weekend at the Air Force Academy, we arrived into Co Springs at 8 am. That said, the morning festivities ended early so we took a shot and drove to the house at 10:30 am to find Gary (the owner) doing some final touch ups from the prior guest. Must to our suprise, Gary let us check-in at around 11 am as he could see we were exhausted! This set the tone for the entire trip.
The home is quaint and full of character. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful.
Only caution is that of the bathrooms. Think European size LOL While fully functional, they are on the cramp side. Bedrooms are all a good size. All-in-all, I would have NO reservation in recommending this property.

It is our second year at this home for USAFA parents weekend. It is a great place to hang out as a family and a good launching pad for many local activities!
