Welcome to our inviting two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath property in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the perfect destination for your Colorado getaway. The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) upstairs features a comfortable king-sized bed with all the essentials, including comforters, pillows, and extra blankets. Bedroom 2 on the main level offers a queen-sized bed and the same cozy amenities. Additionally, we have a separate suite (Bedroom 3) nestled in our backyard for added privacy. You'll find this space well-equipped with ceiling fans, window coverings, and ample storage. In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, we provide a dedicated office room for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen ensures you have all the essentials for home-cooked meals. We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process:
All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

This house was perfect for my family and the location was so convenient. This home was a gem! My daughter lives in the same neighborhood which made this location ideal for our 4 night stay. The house is updated and very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to prepare meals. My granddaughter loved choosing from the many games available to play. We used the cozy fireplace each morning and night. Philip was always very responsive which we appreciated. We will most definitely stay here again. Philips place was very welcoming and homey. The beds and linens were super comfortable and cozy. The furnishings were tasteful and modern, with small Zen touches here and there that you noticed over a stay. The backyard was large and private with fairy lights that come on at dusk which is one the quiet touches you notice while staying there. The laundry room was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen likewise. Cooking was a pleasure, and the small office nook above the living room was a great retreat to do some work. The bathrooms were a mix of modern and vintage and a joy to cleanup in, with a rain shower head and a hand held wand as well as a tub if you want to soak. Basement had a small coffee table foosball table that I was too tired to get to but likely would have played, and a small gym with quality weight sets for lifting.
