The location was great for us, the house was clean and the yard was great for out dogs.  We had and old dog, so the stairs were challenging and we had to carry them up/down. That is not an issue with the house or the host, just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with an older animal.  None the less, we enjoyed our stay and dogs enjoyed having a good size yard.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and clean and conveniently located close to NAU campus in a nice, quiet little neighborhood. The property was a little hard to find in the dark due to no streetlights and many properties looking the same, but easier in the daylight. We were unable to access the property through the front door ( the keypad didn't work for us), so we just used the garage door to enter and exit. We had internet connection issues, but the host was communicative and helpful and got us up and running. The listing claimed that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, but we did not find any in any of the four bathrooms. Luckily, Target and Walmart are nearby. Otherwise, we had everything we needed in the house. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away in a gorgeous, peaceful setting surrounded by tall pine trees, it was the ultimate relaxing getaway. We loved waking up to the sight of deer wandering nearby and listening to the beautiful birds every morning. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the TV areas were super cozy for movie nights, and the game room added so much fun to our stay. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. Communication with the host was a breeze—they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and replied super fast whenever we reached out. We genuinely had such an amazing time that we were genuinely sad to leave, and we would come back in a heartbeat without thinking twice!

The house was wonderful and absorbed our family of 6 very well. The kitchen was really well done. We cooked easily each night for our large group. The backyard was our favorite part of this property. The waterfall, hottub and Mountain View’s were spectacular. We really relaxed and enjoyed being there. Beds were very comfortable and the few minor issues were not problematic. The check-in took a little longer than we planned and it helps to have accomplished the waivers ahead of time because those and the payment methods would not work thru our phones and ipads. The Hoste added it to our bill and acknowledged our waivers and then we could check-in. That was helpful. Would stay here again and again! Thanks.

Given we drove from AZ through the night to attend my son's parent's weekend at the Air Force Academy, we arrived into Co Springs at 8 am. That said, the morning festivities ended early so we took a shot and drove to the house at 10:30 am to find Gary (the owner) doing some final touch ups from the prior guest. Must to our suprise, Gary let us check-in at around 11 am as he could see we were exhausted! This set the tone for the entire trip. The home is quaint and full of character. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. Only caution is that of the bathrooms. Think European size LOL While fully functional, they are on the cramp side. Bedrooms are all a good size. All-in-all, I would have NO reservation in recommending this property.

The property was wonderful!  Everything was extremely clean, plenty of room and the backyard was beautiful.  I especially appreciated access to a washer and dryer as our USAFA cadet needed some clothes washed.  We had everything we needed and then some.  Check in and check out were very smooth and easy. Beautiful home in a beautiful little neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable house to relax in between my son’s hockey tournament. The house, kitchen, & master bath are amazing, but that backyard is the star. It was perfect and tasteful. Even with the Nebraska Cornhuskers logo (ha!). Got to watch golfers hit their tee shots from the back yard. There really want anything bad. Just know this is on the far east side of mesa which far from the rinks and places I wanted to and needed to go, but nothing was really more than 30 minutes away.

It’s a great place to land and rest or use as a springboard to go see sights. It was a great size for two parents and an adult (technically) child for a long weekend. Neighborhood feels a bit transitional and felt safe and was quiet.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Colorado Springs. The house was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our group. The treehouse we stayed at was beautiful! The scenery and the privacy were great for a last minute stay. They were very responsive and accommodating for a last minute booking and it was far enough away from the city lights that being able to see all of the stars was a great plus as well. It’s the perfect place to stay to get away for a while! We will keep it in mind for our next trip to the Colorado Springs area!

This little house was the perfect spot for access to all local attractions. It’s 2 blocks off the main road through Manitou Springs, and an easy walk down to shops and restaurants. (The climb back up to the house can get you if you’re not used to the elevation) 4 minutes away from the Cog railway, 10/15 minutes to Garden of the Gods, and 1.5 hours to Royal Gorge. And under a half hour for other attractions you’d want to see while there. The house itself was easy to find. Perfect size for 2 people. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable! The television in the living room is positioned perfectly to watch while laying in bed. To get the sound on the tv was a little tricky at first, you have to turn on the sound bar to get sound. We didn’t do any major cooking while there, but it appeared there was plenty of kitchenware to get a meal cooked if you choose to do so. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and the neighbor next door was super friendly.

I highly recommend this property as it is close to everything! Lots of room for families or just a simple girls trip. The view from the deck is amazing as well as the hot tub, which is really nice to come home to if you’ve done a lot of hiking. The movie room was a wonderful plus on evenings where we just wanted to take it easy. Great neighborhood, safe, and definitely walkable as there is a walking path along a beautiful stream that is accessible from the backyard.

The property was perfect for hanging out together.  We had 5 adults and 3 childen ages 9, 2 and 8 months.  The kitchen and main family room is a perfect space to keep everyone together.  The huge deck has plenty of seating, we enjoyed all being outside together.  We even got to see a family of deer and a young buck came up to the deck.  This is a great space, everyone had their own room and plenty of space to move around.  Would definately stay here again.  Philip was very prompt responding to messages and handling a few minor hiccups.

Host did not fix WIFI password issue, just told me the password worked for other guests. Very bad odor in the place to the point of Nausea and unable to comfortably sleep. Air Freshener helped but only for about 30 minutes. We were told a Cleaning person would arrive the next day, when we asked when they would arrive we never got an answer until we called AirBNB support to let them and the host know we were leaving. The host then let me know after more than an hour they were 20 minutes away. We had already left and found a hotel to stay at. AirBNB support was absolutely FANTASTIC! Would never stay at one of this individuals properties again.

Nice place to stay, we enjoy the pool very much. One bathroom was without toilet paper, and no extras anywhere, we had to buy some, but no problem. The other issue was that in the bathtub was sound of a  leak of  water, and because I hear it,   I open the curtain and the bathtub was almost full of water, so I opened the tub stopper to let the water go, that was just estranged.     The place was clean with everything we need🧡

Great place for couples trip, each bedroom had a full bathroom!

The layout of this place is fantastic. It’s basically two master bedrooms with private master bathrooms in opposite sides on the until with a living room, dining room and kitchen in the middle of them. This makes it an excellent place for couples to go and have privacy while vacationing together. The hot tub and pool were fabulous and the neighbors were friendly, but not intrusive. Loved the location. The beds could be softer imho, but even high end resorts can have uncomfortable beds sometimes. I was going to give this place 4 stars because of this. However, the owner proactively called us as we were packing to “check out” and to get our feedback on the unit and our stay. I’ve never had anyone do this before and was really impressed by this. They say they will sort that out. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Phoenix, or at one of their other properties. We would bring a memory foam bed topper with us though (courtesy of a travel vacuum sealer bag).

It’s was just as advertised! It was a hard to locate at first and maybe because of where the Uber dropped us off. We didn’t use the amenities since we were in town for a wedding and it’s winter time as far as the pool is concerned. Very simplistic and for the price in that area is a great deal!   I would stay again.
