The house is cute. If a large number of guests (near house capacity is expected) the bathroom/shower situation is difficult as you need to go into private rooms to access the shower for those staying on the main level. Kendal

Beautiful home. Well kept. Super spacious. The host(s) weren’t flexible on a couple of things so that was a tad displeasing at the start. Seemed more a choice on their end than a must. But beyond that, the home was perfect for a group of friends getting together to take on Austin for a weekend. Location was ideal! Jacob

The house was incredible, exactly as described. We had 5 couples and 5 kids and there was more than enough space and plenty of beds. The 3rd floor has 4 full beds so was great for the kids to bunk upstairs and they loved the pool. <br/>Location was great for us to be able to get to Congress Avenue and then Zilker Park and Barton Springs. The house is also on the east side, close to Rainey Street and all of the east side bars. Close to the airport as well. Ideal rental for a great Austin weekend.
