Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house located near Old Town Scottsdale and within walking distance from Vista Del Camino Park. Our home features a fully fenced yard with a heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The master bedroom boasts a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a comfy king bed, opening up to the yard with a seating area. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and direct access to the yard with the pool. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, USB plug-ins, and also opens up to the yard with the pool. Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with cookware essentials provided. The spacious living room offers ample seating with a 55" Smart TV for entertainment. Two parking spots are available on the driveway and street parking in a cul-de-sac. The house also features a full bathroom with all towels and soaps provided, including pool towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Additionally, guests can make use of the BBQ and EV charger during their stay. Welcome to your home away from home!

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $50 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Great pool, comfortable house, management issues
The indoor area of the home was clean and comfortable with the amenities we needed. The pool was great. However the host/management was lacking and did nothing to correct several issues we had, including no key present upon check in, no heat in the pool despite me pre-paying for it, and a mountain of trash overflowing the garbage can out front upon our arrival. The city of Scottsdale code inspector was kind enough to take care of the garbage. And my husband was able to figure out how to turn the pool heat on, so overall we had a lovely time, but I would not stay at this property again unless it was under different management. A

Pool & Hot Tub
Very disappointed that the hot tub said it worked and when I got here they said it didn’t. A notification ended up being on the site, but believe it was added. Further, the pictures on the site still proudly displayed the hot tub. It shouldn’t have. I even asked for the pool and hot tub to be heated 3 days before check in and nothing was mentioned then. Otherwise, the house was very nice M

Alone time
My husband and I rented this property for our yearly get away. We had a very relaxing quiet stay. We enjoyed the home and it was close to stores, restaurants and even a park to talk a morning walk.
