The house was great! We have a yearly mini board game retreat with a few friends and this place was perfect for us to play some games and relax. Our only issue was that the downstairs was a little chilly and the fireplace was marked not for use. I didn't think to contact the owners and probably should have, so it may be something we missed.

First, the house and the neighborhood are beautiful. If you have to stay in central COSprings, this is the sort of place to do it - classic mid-century look and feel. Right off a main thoroughfare but feels private. Place needs some TLC; some minor things broken, lots of cleaning that wasn't done. We spent the first weekend scrubbing! Gonna leave detailed notes for the host. Big shocker was the requirement to buy sketchy 3rd-party insurance after booking. Ended up with a $19K hold on my card for this. To their credit, host was responsive and got it resolved, but this is just unnecessary stress - feels like maybe host got roped in by some scammers and is stuck with the deal, but hope they stop making it their guest's problem! All in all, a mostly good, relaxing experience that could be perfect with a tiny bit of extra care - would stay again!

My family of 6 loved this home! So open, so beautiful. The location is super convenient and near everything. Felt super private even though it is in a neighborhood. The pool is awesome! The home and outdoor areas are huge. Only thing that wasn’t perfect is that it could use a good deep clean - you can tell that this is a place to entertain. The walls and areas that aren’t used often need some TLC. Which is an easy fix. Overall I would recommend this to anyone with a large family.

Philip is an amazingly responsive host, with a beautifully welcoming home! The house was clean, spacious, and fun! The board games fit our group perfectly and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Being one of the few that was actually clean and working properly. The kitchen was amazing and there was so much to do within a good distance! Highly recommend Philips home!!

We had a great stay! 4b/4b was great for every room to have their own bathroom. Overall layout was 2b/2b bath on each side of the house with kitchen and living space in the center. Patio door did have extra lock up high to prevent kids from opening the door to the backyard. Pool is NOT heated, however it is in the direct sunlight most of the day. Patio seating and loungers were nice. Pickleball court and putting green were nice bonuses to keep the kids entertained. Spacious, fenced-in backyard. Location was good for us 5-15m drive for Grocery stores, food, etc. Some walk-able options too. Host was very quick to respond to any issues and communicated well throughout our stay.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb and it couldn’t have gone any better. Check in was a breeze. The location is peacefully quiet and you can see the stars with ease! The home itself is lovely. It came with everything from seasonings for food, to pods for washing clothes. The home was clean and well kept, you will not want to leave. And the hot tub area is such a vibe at night, I won’t spoil it. It was nice to be able to come back to such a beautiful place after being out exploring all day. And Philip was the greatest. Gave suggestions on places to eat locally, (Caps Pizza was my fav) and was always ready to help. Such a cool guy. My 21st birthday was a success! P.S. Red Diamond Gastro Pub in Woodland is a must! So good!

Backyard was just as described, we enjoyed the pickleball court, corn hole, and pool everyday! Before arrival we asked if the property had a corn hole set, hosted responded no and we asked if it was possible to get one? The host had one at the property before our stay. House is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

This place is exactly what you need if you’re on a budget & looking to stay somewhere close to EVERYthing! The host was easy to get in touch with and always so helpful and clear. The place was clean & looked like the pictures. Be mindful this is a unit so you will have neighbors that you can hear sometimes. The shower itself is smaller than the normal size but 1 person can fit.

Coming from a noisy busy city this place was the perfect getaway. We saw cool lizards horses. The outside and surrounding areas was very spacious and accessible very quiet. No neighbors complained house was big and ranch like. Not a place for you if you dislike animals but everything was great host was awesome

Just finished a one week stay, and I must say the location was fantastic. Very close to Old Scottsdale, the Fashion Square Mall, and convenient access to the 101 loop. The unit has an updated kitchen, and the outdoor pool area was very nice with lots of pool lounge chairs available.

The house was nice, easy to access, and had a great outdoor area, but there were a few things that they could improve on. Our flight landed in PHX at 10:30am, I was told we couldn’t check in earlier due to “cleaning”, but they offered me to extend the stay to the day before or day after, when I booked, leading to believe there was no one in the house the day before us. The hot tub water was dirty which was unfortunate because the pool was too cold for swimming without being heated, which costs extra $$.The beds were very hard as well. Also not fond of the $50 damage fee being non refundable. Should only be an option if damage was caused, not fair to keep $50 from guests when they don’t cause damage. The Other other option is $1000, refundable, which is basically what my whole reservation total was. Not realistic

It was more fantastic than any other accommodation I've ever stayed in. Everything was well prepared and clean and perfect. The accommodation was so peaceful and private and I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely visit again to stay in this accommodation.

We loved our stay here! My must haves were walking distance to restaurants, attractions and a hot tub. This home had it! It was perfect for me and my husband. We were able to walk to Manitou Springs easily and catch a lyft when needed. We walked to Garden of the God's... I wouldn't necessarily recommend because the road into GOG isn't really pedestrian friendly and it was a long walk but it is possible. We walked to the Pikes Peak cog railway... easier than Garden of the God's but it was a trek (there was a sidewalk all the way which helped). I found it easier and quicker to get a lyft if we were already in Manitou than it was coming to the house - always cheaper too. The hot tub was much needed after a long day of sightseeing and hiking! The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed! If we ever make it back out here (we live in FL) we will definitely stay here again! The only thing i would recommend is extra towels or towels specifically the hot tub!

This place was so great! It had so many things included to make you feel at home. It’s a beautiful space in a nice peaceful neighborhood. The view was great from the rooftop and it was located in Deep Ellum, perfect for nightlife. Used it for a girls weekend for my birthday and we couldn’t be more impressed with the quick responses to make sure everything was great. The two car garage was also so convenient! Lots of stairs but worth the exercise.

My family loved this place. It is so close to so many different attractions, restaurants, and stores! Great place for friends and family to enjoy.

Our group of 12, including 2 kids stayed for the weekend as were attending a family event 40mins away. House is set up for renting multiple smaller units vs renting out the entire property but we managed to fit together in the 1st flr unit's kitchen/living room. Parking was easy although wish they had a sidewalk path vs walking in the street. Units were nicely set up, but my room in unit 1 had this foam pad in the closet that made it difficult for my sister and I to use. Another unit had a small issue with the shower but the owners made sure to send someone asap and it was quickly resolved. It wasnt our personal preference to have the kitchen table set up,  as it took up alot of the space and just created a task for us to put the items away. Overall our family was pleased with the unit and even with some undesirable people occasionally seen walking the streets, we made sure doors were locked and had no issues. For a small or large group, I'd recommend this property.

Beautiful home! Exactly as pictured. Things I loved about this property: - Close to the freeway and near the mall/stores - Everything was clean! From the kitchen, washer/dryer, to the bathrooms - Extra towels and pool towels are provided - Remotes and switches for lights and fans throughout the home were labeled which came very helpful - String lights and light in pool - Pool floats and pump provided - Pool goes from about 3ft to about 8-9ft, life raft is there - Separate room for games/gym with a Roku TV, TV also moves so makes it easy to follow an at home workout - hosts were quick with responses! The pool isn’t heated but not such a big deal considering how humid it gets in Arizona. We were a group of 6 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this property, definitely recommend if ever staying in the area!

Our stay at Macario’s was less than what we were expecting. We arrived and found the lock box on the gate broken and on the ground. Inside the light fixture in the kitchen was  hanging down which I notified right away so we wouldn’t be responsible. I was kinda worried  when asked to purchase a $50 damage waiver or put a $1000 credit hold on my card for damages when I booked. Part of the kitchen floor had been taken up an a big rug placed over it like some work was being done. We had 6 people staying with only 5 towels and no wash clothes, one of the beds were sagging and the drain cover in the master shower was off. We had to purchase some of those items at the store for our stay. Overall our stay was just ok.  Not the best and not the worst. The location wasn’t too far away from some of the places we went.

House was 94 degrees because air conditioner wasn’t on.  Would never rent again from this owner.  Communication was poor with owner and they didn’t seem to care about condition of property.

Perfect area for spring training you’re only about 15 minutes away from American family field. The home is perfect for just a few days stay any longer than that I would suggest asking for more towels, washcloths, hand soap, and even more cooking supplies. There were only a few pots and pans and utensils and no cooking sheets, so if you plan to cook there, you will have to Bring extra things or accommodate elsewhere. Even as simple as salt pepper, sugar things like that. The kitchen also had childproof locks on all the cabinets. Otherwise a great stay for what we were there for, host was very responsive to any questions and concerns. Would stay again for spring training!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is really big, perfect size for the four of us. One thing to note: there are spots on the floor where it is uneven. My mom had trouble navigating the kitchen/living room area because of it. And the floor was really dusty in the bedrooms/under the beds, like no one had been in the house for a while. There was a keurig and a toaster oven in the kitchen, some pots and pans, but not a lot of staple cooking things. The front and back yard were a bit overgrown, and there were muddy areas in the backyard (I think the sprinklers come on overnight). The backyard is nice. I thought it was a bit overpriced for the stay overall, but the neighborhood was nice and it was easy to get to from the airport.

Wonderful place, clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood. We had some issues with the heater system and the hot tub at the beginning, however the manager was so kid in sending somebody to repair them. The communication with him was excellent. We had a wonderful time staying in this place. We love the hot tub and the quiet the neighborhood. The house doesn’t have a lot of cleaning supplies so if you are going to stay for more than a week you better bring some with yourself. There’s some dogs barking in front of the house, but you can just heart them in the front rooms, they didn’t bother us at all. There’s tones of restaurants, shops, gyms, and everything you could need close from here, downtown is about 10 minutes driving.If you want to stay in a quiet, nice and central neighborhood this is a good option.

It was a pleasure working with Premier Pads as I needed a last-minute booking while work was being completed on my home. This property checked all the boxes and it was exactly what we needed. This centrally located single home offered easy access to the highway, local colleges , down town , old town, or the airpt. Plus there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The house was clean, had comfortable beds and a fully fenced prvt yard. There were 2 large screen TVs with plenty of channel choices I especially enjoyed using their tablet to control all the lighting. The tablet provided lots of easy options to adjust the lights, colors, and dimness of specific areas of the house Overall staying at this property was a pleasant experience and I hope to return.
