Just OK
Upon arrival, the trash bin was in front of house full. There was one roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. Towels were left in dryer and floors were not cleaned. The backyard was not cleaned from previous occupants dog. Cigarette butts littered the front yard. R

Would not recommend
We stayed here on a family vacation for Spring Break. We were not impressed for multiple reasons. The house was not clean. I found trash, including candy wrappers on the floor and under the bed. Food crumbs on the floor of the living room. One of the living room chairs was obviously broken to the point of being unusable. Whoever checked the house didn't take any time to look around, or it would have been noticed. There were not nearly enough bath towels, and some of them were damp (put away wet after laundry?). The entire house felt like a quick flip to rent. Lots of small things wrong such as loose doorknobs, damaged doors, switchplates without screws, a bin of random used clothes in the garage. The bottom of the pool was not clean, making the entire pool unappealing. This was disappointing since the pool was a main reason we chose this house. The AC had trouble keeping up on a few days in the upper 80s. I'm sure it would be quite uncomfortable on any summer days in the 90-100 range. There was a decent amount of space and the 2 car garage was nice. It was convenient to the interstate. I would not rent this house again, and I would actually avoid any other rentals managed/owned by this company. I have my own VRBO and would be embarrassed if mine was in this condition. C

Potential 5 star property that is poorly maintained and managed.
It is really sad that this property could be a 5 star rental. But the lack of attention to maintenance, management, anenities and host responses make it only 2-3 stars. The biggest issue was that the dishwasher was not working. A handyman was sent to check it who told the host that it was working fine. This dishwasher is missing the lower spray arm, so even though it does run, the dishes do not get clean without the spray arm. So I had to hand wash the dishes the entire 5 night stay. There wasn't even a basic set of cookware and the few pieces there are in very poor condition. I have made numerous suggestions to the host as to the very simple things that could be done to make a better experience for guests. Hopefully they will take these steps. The stay was tolerable for the price, but I would have preferred to pay a little more and have a better experience. If you are looking for a bargain rental without any basic amenities, this one will be good for you.
