Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
AND/OR ADD - We do have an evaporative cooling system that cools and humidifies, which can be installed in the summer months.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Great home. Quiet neighborhood nestled in a perfect location to get to all the local attractions. The family especially enjoyed the ping pong table. Highly recommend. I wish I had read carefully, there is no air conditioning. Also fence in backyard is in horrible shape, could not leave dogs out there without major supervision. Finally there is lots of wasps in backyard so be careful. However I really liked and enjoyed the indoor/outdoor area. The house is decorated very nicely and we did enjoy our time there. We had to bail out of another property so this was readily available and on discount. Overall the house is ok. Kitchen upgrades were very nice. Beds were terrible. I had to go buy an air mattress as the beds were so old and springy it woke my wife up with the slightest move. The house is older but you can tell there were a lot of memories made there. Seems like someone’s mom’s place they are renting. The evaporative cooler worked surprisingly well but there is a very noisy street that people like to race down adjacent to the property so having windows open is noisy. <br/>If they got new mattresses I would stay there again. Good spot for families. Safe area.
