Carter was overall a pretty good host. Very responsive and made check in very easy. I think that they should include that an early check-in or Check-out is an additional free. They also had very loose floor boards in two of the rooms and you know it’s going to cave at any moment. There was no toilet paper, but Carter replied quickly. The outside area was a little messy. There was trash around the house. The table didn’t have a glass on it, so we couldn’t use the table outside and the awning had fallen down. They also need to mention this place is directly next to a train that runs all night long. So if you don’t like loud noises, then this probably shouldn’t be a priority location. Other than that I really enjoyed it. It’s conveniently located near downtown Houston so commutes weren’t far at all. Carter was a lovely host. Very responsive and kind easy to get ahold of. Some complications but taken care of right away. Lovely home all the rooms are so cute and the bathrooms are spacious. Everything was clean. Delarrio

It’s 4 big holes in the ground on the floor I feel thru one of them they didn’t respond once I told them that plus it’s plenty of bugs all around the house and area
