Very nice pad, clean and a good deal. The place looked just like the photos, and I liked that we could park safely behind a gate — it felt secure. There were lots of fun things to enjoy during our stay. The pool looked nice (though we didn’t have time to use it), and the ping pong table was a big hit! I would have loved to try the pickleball court, but unfortunately, we couldn’t get the lights to turn on.<br/>My biggest concern was the cleanliness. There were visible stains on a pillow, the mattress cover, and even one pillow with what looked like a blood stain — definitely not okay. The baseboards also needed a good deep cleaning, and the bed rolled to one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep.<br/>With a better cleaning service and a few small maintenance updates, this place could easily be a great stay. I’d consider coming back if those issues were addressed because the property itself has a lot of potential. Allison

We had a great stay. The only concerns we had was that the pool was very dirty and the advertised “outdoor movie theater” is very tiny and they don’t even have the proper cords or extension cords to be able to use the theater. If you are booking for amenities and cleanliness, this is not the place for you. This place was not professionally cleaned. There was food in the freezer and fridge drawers, dishes were not cleaned properly and had food crumbs all in the drawers, place looked like it had never been dusted, dusty ceiling fans and doors, greasy ceiling in the kitchen, walked into a MASSIVE hair ball in the shower accompanied by hair on the bathroom floor, stained bedding, filthy green pool, tattered outdoor theater area, and overall unkept experience. I had booked this place so that one of the days of our stay, we could have a pool day, but the pool was filled with green scum. There is major construction (which would have been understandable and not a huge deal) going on 10 feet from the unit I stayed in, but they had to cut power during our stay for a bit which was annoying. Location was close to our activities, AC worked well, and it was quiet, but lack of cleanliness ruined the experience for me.
