Macario was very responsive, welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. Every part of the house was spotless, and the aesthetics looked exactly as the photos made it out to be! Each room was clean, spotless and spacious. The 2-in-1 pool table and ping pong table were the perfect compliment to such a beautiful home! I would recommend to anybody looking to stay outside of Phoenix and the city but close enough to get around and enjoy it! 10/10 experience and I’d stay here again!

The palace was perfect for our family getaway. Pool was definitely a plus for the weather. House was impeccable and all necessities. We weren't able to use the TV in the living room but other than that everything was perfect.

We can't wait to come back. The house was perfect.. clean and comfortable with enough space for us all.  The kitchen was beautifully appointed and the grill was clean and powerful.  We loved eating around the dining table and outside. The hot tub was very welcome after a long day of exploring Colorado.  The Host was incredibly responsive with any question or need. Everything was spectacular! The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and everything was just as described. The hosts were very attentive and extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, which we really appreciated. The only thing I would have liked was for the grass in the back of the cabin to have been trimmed, but that was the only minor issue we experienced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Everything is just the way you see it on the photos. Macario has a beautiful home with lots of space and things to do: miniature golfing, swimming pool, and a pool table. The rooms are beautifully procured and the entire home has a nice overall esthetic. There was one issue with the property during the stay but it was beyond anyone's control. Macario was a very gracious and understanding host and made my partner and I feel at ease about everything. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Breathtaking views and the peaceful, private location were exactly what we needed! We really loved this property and would happily stay here again. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space. The mountain views and porch swing were highlights, and we enjoyed relaxing at the property, playing board games, and cooking in the lovely kitchen. The nearby grocery store was convenient, and the location made day trips to Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, and Royal Gorge easy.We did encounter a few challenges during our stay. We lost access to water for the final 12 or so hours, which made checkout particularly difficult. We also noticed what appeared to be mold on the main bathroom ceiling, along with a few other maintenance needs. We were also surprised to learn that an additional 50 damage waiver was required, despite already purchasing protection through Vrbo. This requirement wasn't disclosed on the listing when we booked. The host ultimately refunded the 50 fee, as well as approximately 14% of our total 4-night stay cost to address the issues we experienced.Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed the property's features. The host was responsive and made an effort to resolve the problems. We hope to return!

Beautiful House and location near The Broadmoor. Has absolutely everything that you would need to be comfortable. It is fully stocked and ready to go when you walk in. Plenty of space. 12 minutes to Colorado College, 3 minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and 5 minute walk to The Broadmoor. Thank you.

We had our wedding down in sedona and we had to house 25 people, this was the only place that could do such a thing. Without this airbnb our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. The host are so attentive and respectful. The airbnb itself is breathtaking, clean, modern, cozy. The hottub was clean and so relaxing! Every restroom was fancy. We loved the ice maker, the big kitchen, the patios, the bunk beds are bigger in person. Both living rooms are an absolute blast to be in. I will return even if i dont bring 25 people 😂.

The pool table was a huge hit and made for some fun evenings after exploring the area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We only stayed one night after our visit to the Grand Canyon but the townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t realize it backed up to the freeway so if you are looking for quiet relaxation on the patio, it is kind of loud outside but pretty muffled inside so didn’t bother us. Overall it seemed clean but needs a little maintenance TLC on some things.
