This place was amazing. Highlight for us was definitely the creek. We had 4 kids under the age of 10 and they were entertained for the whole trip! The views were great, the place was clean and there was plenty of room for 7 guests. It was close to other neighbors, but still had a secluded feel with the trees and land. Great place to stay. Will probably be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious, quiet and in a great location near dining, shopping, and attractions. The beds and bedding were VERY comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made things so convenient. The host was also very responsive! The only hiccup was that the cleaners were running behind, so we weren’t able to check in until about 6:30 pm but we had a great experience overall.

The space was extremely spacious and inviting, with plenty of common areas and also very separate rooms. The amount of bathrooms/showers was great for a larger group. The hosts were extremely communicative and answered questions swiftly. The instructions were super clear from check-in to clean-up to check out. Would definitely book again if I’m in the area again!

The cabin was great for our family, lots of games and a beautiful view of the mountains. There were a few items that were not the cleanest but the host was very responsive and made things right. Overall, it was a great place to stay and our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!

Philip's place had lots of amenities available, including toiletries, washing machine pods, dishwasher pods, and dishes. Colorado Springs is a central location for all things close to outdoor activities. I would highly recommend the house and area.

We really enjoyed the backyard setup (patio, fire pit, hot tub, grill), spacious and updated kitchen, the game room (arcade & fooseball!), workout room (treadmill, bowflex, weights, elliptical, and wii), and secret room!

This place was beautiful, we saw wild life such as deers. There’s a golf course in the back as well. We went to see the view of the sky! Many trees surrounding the backyard but made it felt like if we were in the woods. The host was really responsive and helped us find things we needed. The pole table was a lot of fun as well, we couldn’t stop using it! Very pretty at night and we used the fire pit in the backyard to do s’mores! At the end of the day I really recommend this place.

Our annual family road trip took us to Colorado this year. We loved the private feel, and watching the beautiful sunrises coming over the mountains while sitting in the hot tub on the deck.  The kitchen was well stocked, and had plenty of seating for the 12 of us, for the meals we had at the house.  Macario was quick to respond when we had questions. The game shed was a hit for our 8 kids, ages 14-24. The beds were comfortable. Check in & check out were easy.  Nice that we didn’t have to do a big checklist of things upon leaving - just getting the 12 of us out the door is a chore enough! :)  We would highly recommend this home to anyone that enjoys slowing down and taking in  nature and having some friendly competition in the game shed.

Overall loved our stay at this house. The stairs are pretty steep, with a slanted ceiling at the top of the stairs. We had 3 small children so the upstairs was perfect for them and they loved the little secret playroom. The two plug-in AC units upstairs could not be used at the same time, the breakers flipped every time we tried. We stayed in August, so I'm sure the other months of the year it wouldn't be an issue. Overall, for what our family needed it was great, and our kids loved the hot tub!

We loved staying here for our week-long vacation. With 11 people staying here, it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. There was a fire alarm with a dying battery in the storage garage while we were there, and it was taken care of very quickly with quick replies if we ever had questions or concerns! We would absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Carter’s place was great! I came to Dallas for the week for work and this was a prime location! Everything was clean, ready, and just as described! The upstairs outdoor patio was beautiful and very relaxing! Gave more than ample supplies (Towels, Cups, etcc). Will definitely be staying here next time I come back to Dallas!

We stayed at Phillips house and were extremely pleased with everything. The location is very convenient and very centrally located. The pictures are very accurate and the house itself is extremely charming.  It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath and I saw other reviews that didn't like this. What we have to remember is that was very common when the house was built. They have done a wonderful job of the remodel and the house itself was very roomy and well appointed. When traveling back to Colorado Springs I personally would seek this rental out again as we were very pleased!

This place was perfect for our family vacation and made a great home base for exploring Colorado Springs and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen was great—vey well-equipped and super convenient for making meals. We also loved the gorgeous views! The kids really enjoyed the pool. Beautiful home with a fantastic pool which we used due to the weather. Very spacious inside and light switches were labeled which was helpful. Nicely stocked kitchen. Gym and game room were open spaced which is great. Plenty of parking and super close to the 60 and off a main road so easy to get to places. Host responded quickly to messages. Would definitely stay again.

This unit was very clean and convenient. Good parking off street. Sufficient amenities for a vacation stay. The bathroom was basic but functional with descent water pressure in the shower. It even had working laundry with detergent. excellent towels and bedding. The kitchen had everything you might need. It doesn't have a dishwasher but it was really unnecessary. I recommend this unit as a good basic base for a lovely vacation on the Westside of Colorado Springs.
