This listing has a secondary insurance you are required to pay that is not vrbo. They will with hold check in detail untill it is paid. I contacted the property host before booking i was told the was no cameras on property. This was not the case as there was one camera facing the pool. And a door camera. There is not enough dishes to accommodate 8 people. Only had 4 dinner plates minimal pots and pans. The wifi is there but very slow and spotty. Pool is nice and deep however needed vacuuming. The whole house only has one TV its in the living room with a couch that seats 5. Last major i had was being woke up at 5am sunday to the sound of a chainsaw and someone beating on the door to move my vehicle off property as they were cutting the plam tree next to the drive way. I was not notified of anyone coming at all. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully the owner will switch management companies. This house has great potential and in a great area.

The house was nice, was upgraded with modern touches. Very large backyard, was very spacious. Loved that all the rooms have their own bathroom. Only 1 bedroom uses the hallway bathroom but even then, it’s basically for that room. Large open kitchen connected to front room, so everyone can be around each other comfortable. A/C worked great no issues throughout my stay. Host is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that may arise. Definitely recommend.
