Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Please be advised that we may ask guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, matching selfie, and credit card to verify identity. The pictures do not match the home. There is no mountain views, just an apartment building looking into the unusable backyard. Broken furniture, rusted out grill, yard full of weeds and at least 3 rat bait traps in the backyard alone. We could not leave our dog out there, what if she got into the rat poison? This was just the outside! This home needs maintenance. The host has received a list of issues. I won't note them here, but there are many and not on par to any home I have ever stayed at an Airbnb. Previous guests warned the home needed TLC, but it's far more than that. I was skeptical, but it was in the area we needed and assumed nothing major. Once we saw mice inside the home, that was it!! We left early. They did refund a portion of our stay, but not enough for the issues we had. I will be asking Airbnb to also investigate. I'm saddened to have to post this, I have never given a home a bad review, but this was too much to ignore and too much to not make future guests aware.

We really enjoyed the stay; all went well post-checking process. We had enough space for all of us, close to most of the primary attractions. The backyard was okay; I wish the apartment complex behind wasn't blocking most of the view of the mountains.

The place was not what it said in pictures, there were no mountain views just the buildings built since the photos were taken. The place was very dirty and I had to clean everything in the kitchen before using it. The couch was musty and extremely dirty, as were the floors and sheets. Very disappointed.

The home could use some TLC. Two towels and one washcloth were left for each bedroom for a 4 night stay. The shower curtain in bathroom was missing hooks and just appeared shabby. There were no hand towels in bathroom and no dish towels in kitchen for drying dishes. (Two hand towels and one sponge were provided in kitchen). The appliances worked just fine. The front screen door needs to be replaced. There was no salt. The basics are there, like the appliances, but not nothing is luxurious and the lack of extra towels or more than one extra trash bag made it seem as only the bare basics were provided. As a family, we made do and had a good time anyway.
