Our stay in this cozy A-frame exceeded our expectations! The furniture and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor amenities (cornhole, hammock, fire pit) were great way to pass the time in between nearby hikes and adventures. This was a great 2-night stay with our three children (tween & teens) and our dog. The bedrooms were great, clean, plenty of room for us all, plug-in air conditioning units that effectively cooled down the rooms, comfortable beds, lovely soft towels and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash providing in lovely bottles in the bathrooms. The house is quirky - original features and love that the now modern bathroom upstairs still fits with the style of the house. It's on a lovely little plot, with a smaller rental behind it - not overlooked but with a shared garden/yard that works well. Instructions were very clear, and when the code wouldn't work to get us into the property, we had a response within minutes.

This Airbnb was truly enjoyable. It was in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to major streets and locations to be pleasantly surprising. The host was very responsive with the couple of times I contacted them and was friendly throughout. The painted back wall was an added bonus while using the hot tub. We stayed a week at this property with 6 adults and 2 kids. We had an amazing trip in Colorado Springs for the first time! I think we checked almost everything off the list, like Pike’s Peak, Echo River Rafting, the Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado Springs, Cliff Dwellings, Broadmoor Seven Falls, Manitou Springs shopping, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Top Golf! Only missed fly fishing this trip! We will definitely book here again if we come back! Great location close to everything! The games and hot tub made our time at the house fun and we made so many memories! We loved being together all in one house with great space to accommodate our group!

Me and my whole family enjoyed our stay. I really loved the open layout of the unit, though small it seemed very spacious. Everything is very well organized, clean and functional. Everything we need in a home away from home is there. The place is very adorably furnished too, not cluttered at all. I really appreciate that all the beddings/linens and towels are fresh crisp whites, it’s giving a feeling of sanitized and freshness. Water pressure and temperature on the shower and sinks are very good. I’ve stayed at places where it’s awful. Overall, a very pleasant stay for us, absolutely recommend this place. Overall, this was a great house in very central location to most of Scottsdale and golf. Asked for an early check-in, but Hoste was unable to accommodate. When you first come to the house, best that the neighbors have signs in their yards protesting houses being used as short-term rentals. Made us a little nervous at first, but the neighbors didn't bother us during our stay. The house amenities were mostly sufficient, but could use new kitchenware like pots and pans. The pool was in great condition, as well as the hot tub. One of the two arcade machines was broken and never got fixed. The kitchen sink was broken for almost 2 days without getting fixed. Hoste was very responsive to the issue, but was slow in actually getting maintenance to come and fix it. In the end, we very much enjoyed the house and would stay here again.

We are very happy with Phillip's place.  It was very comfortable, clean, and well-located. Each time we went back felt like home. Nice, clean kitchen and space generally. Very comfortable shower and bath. The whole place was just what we were hoping. The location is also fantastic - very close to the Garden of the Gods and connects easily to roads to Pike's Peak area or Colorado Springs attractions. Also near old downtown, which was super cute and had a wonderful farmer's market. No AC was a little toasty but as expected and they had good fan and window setups to alleviate the problem. We had a wonderful time!

This was the most charming old house. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our vacation. It was the perfect location between Denver and Colorado Springs, not to mention the Independence Day parade went right in front of the house! Unexpected added perk! This house had everything we could have needed while we were there and they were pet friendly so we could bring our big dogs with us. So grateful for that! We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed twice with Phillip and both stays have been wonderful!

Had a great stay in Dallas! Property was centrally located to many cool neighborhoods. Although the area was not walkable, the garage parking felt very secure, and Uber/Lyft were quick and easy access to anywhere! The rooftop patio was very relaxing and a great way to finish the day! Plenty of room for everyone spread out and have their own privacy on the 3 distinct floors.  Kitchen/living area is  large enough to gather and enjoy the company.

The backyard is full of things to keep every child and adult busy all day. The pool was perfection. Temp just right for this summer heat. Plenty of towels provided. Lots of seating space in and outside of the home. Lots of beds and pillows. Very tidy. Host was super responsive. I had a couple of questions during my stay and they were right on top of it. One of my guests also forgot some jewelry after checkout and they were very helpful to assist her to retrieve. Only recommendation would be to have at least salt and pepper available for guests to use. Great stay overall. Thank you.

The home was beautiful. Very well appointed and everything clearly labeled. We had a blast with the pool table and shuffle board. The outdoor area had ample seating for lounging and dining. The hubs loved grilling our dinner on the gas grill. The kitchen was a chef’s delight! We all slept incredibly well. There was so much to do within a short drive. And bonus - the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this stay!

This place was as described. This neighborhood is super cute. We loved staying in the old north end. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We loved walking to the park, and tasty freeze! They loved all the walks.  The window AC in living room doesn’t quite cool the bedroom. The fake leather couch is uncomfortable especially in the heat. Otherwise zero complaints. The beds were comfortable and the place was just what we needed for an extended stay.

This house was very relaxing and beautiful.  It was nestled among the pines in a gated community that was very private.  There was a beautiful walking path throughout the neighborhood.  Absolutely peaceful surroundings.  The house is a log cabin and is decorated in that theme--very cute and cozy.  The beds were comfortable, and we had no problems cooking our own meals at the house.  It was great.  Macario, the co-host, was very friendly and responsive on texts.  The only bummer was that we had no internet for the entirety of our stay.  Macario tried to contact the provider, but the problem was never resolved.  The WiFi connected, just no internet, so it was probably a provider issue and not one that Macario could fix easily.  We had a great time nonetheless and would definitely stay here again.  :)

Our stay was unique due to the fact it was a same day reservation and spontaneous weekend getaway. Host (Macario) responded immediately to our reservation request which helped us tremendously because we were in route to hoping to find accommodations quickly. Everything was great for our stay.
