The space was as advertised. We made an error in schedule and the owner was very accommodating and reasonable with the extra night we needed to stay. Highly recommend the house and the service was great. Thank you.

We were in town visiting our family for the holidays. The house is clean enough. The kitchen is lacking, the mattress in the master was not good.
While the kitchen is beautiful, there's not much else to it. There's one spatula, plastic butter knives, 4 drinking glasses and 4 coffee cups.
I figured out there wasn't any salt our pepper (!!) while preparing food to bring to our family.
There isn't a knife to chop herbs or onions ...
I don't like to sound so negative bc the house served our purpose.
If you don't plan on getting comfy or spending too much time at the house--it fits the bill. The couch has a low back.
The host is very nice and responsive. He even offered fees for both early check in and late check out 🤷🏻

First off, please refer to latest review from Dennis. Our experience reflects the same as his. We’d like to add that there are mildew issues in bathrooms that need to be addressed. The patio chairs are unusable (ripped and torn seats). Pots and pans (what little available) are old and over used (stained and filthy). Major scuffs on walls, broken outlets, missing toilet paper holder roll, rips in carpet, saggy uncomfortable bed in master bedroom, and computer monitor sized TV’s in living room and master bedroom. When asked about garage usage for parking, the host was slow to respond and quite rude and stated absolutely not for use. The actual driveway parking barely fit a full size car, (back end overhang into sidewalk). For the price, a leaky tent in the woods during a rainstorm would have been more comfortable.

Macario Responded to our requests with words no actions. Premier Pad's is not a "SUPER HOST" the house was in an old, rundown state with walls and base boards scuffed. Most of the door hinges squeak and master bedroom door did not latch unless you lift the door. The furniture was very spars with the ONE chair in the living room legs were twisting until I had to borrow a wrench and allen wrench to repair it and 2 chairs in kitchen area so fragile I had to move them to the garage. The garage was unusable because of all the nails spread out on the floor. The faucet in the hall bath is loose and toilet paper holder was missing the spindle. A spot in the carpet as you walk into the room Bedroom #3. As stated earlier in this response no eating utensils except 6 spoons, 4 forks, 2 knives and 3 steak knives. No carving knives, large spoons for serving or serving bowls - no dish towels or wash rags (these items were requested for Wed before Thanksgiving! I see I can't continue because I run o
