I really loved the spiral staircase! The place was clean and had everything I needed when I got there. The location is superb. You're right in the middle of everything good I had Walmart dispensaries smoke shops, grocery stores Starbucks you name it all within a mile or two. This is a definite no-brainer. It was in a great location and should suit your needs.

I can’t say enough about this great farmhouse… We were totally satisfied with everything about the place… Spacious kitchen, dining room, nice master bedroom, and excellent bathrooms… The hot tub was a plus as well as a pair of young deer that greeted us every morning… The location is close to everything in Monument and within walking distance …Our host was extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with… We shared this house with some relatives that tend to be rather picky and they were thoroughly thrilled as well… I would totally stay here again and highly recommend this house for anybody that’s looking for a cool experience in Monument!!…thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

We had a great trip. Love the house design/layout. Gym was fantastic. We had 2 dogs and were able to play with them in the back yard, and there is a walking path 1 block away. We hiked and mountain biked at nearby Mount Hermann Trails. Hot tub was really nice after. We had our 3 adult children all manage to make it for a couple of days, the 3 bedrooms were all nice. Nice kitchen with a large Dining table. Nice great room with large tv and great sound system. Location is in a really nice neighborhood, and only about 2 miles from the freeway. We love the old downtown part of Monument that is just on the other side of the freeway, it's only about a 5 minute drive but feels like going from a modern suburb to an old school neighborhood. Another couple of minutes and you are in the mountains. Phillip was great. Easy to get in on arrival, easy to lock up day to day. We didn't have any problems. Definitely recommend.

It is close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet and private. The backyard was a standout feature and felt like our own retreat. Inside, the home felt like a boutique hotel. It is newly renovated with thoughtful upgrades, crisp linens, and high quality amenities. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Our host was outstanding. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and every detail was handled with care. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colorado Springs. We will definitely be back. Five stars.

Such a cute & roomy house….pics don’t do it justice. So many amenities provided; they really thought of everything. The neighborhood was quiet. Traveling with my bicycles I am always leery about them being stolen but I didn’t have any problems with keeping them on the vehicle bike rack & secured with a light bike lock (just for peace of mind). I had also had left them overnight in the backyard without incident. Water filter by sink & in fridge was useful. Although I didn’t get to spend time in the backyard, it was an oasis on its own with thick green grass, a veg & herb garden, string of lights, yard games available, grill, & patio with lawn furniture. Inside, the place has a modern vibe & I am crazy about the choice of art on the walls. Bed & pillows are very comfortable which can make or break a stay for me. I appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms. I really wasn’t expecting the place to be as big or as nice as it was but it overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations!!! ❤️

Philip was very accommodating at the last minute as we were traveling back to Louisiana from Aspen .  We enjoyed the exceptionally clean and modern house and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day in the car.  The house was spotless and very well stocked! My husband and I very much enjoyed our 4 nights in this cozy cabin with an awesome view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and had a washer and dryer which helped us not have to pack as much for our eleven day tour of Colorado. The cabin was ovely and decorated in such a way making you feel like you truly were home. The deck facing the beautiful mountain made for a delightful morning with coffee, and in the evening we enjoyed watching the passing cars on the distant roads...so calming and peaceful. This was a great homebase for visiting The Garden of the Gods, The Incline, many scenic routes 67 to 285 and 50! Highly recommend Red Rock Canyon in Manitou Springs...loved it's gorgeous walking trails! We were very happy we stayed at The Cowboy Cabin...cozy, comfortable, and felt like home.

The skies in Divide were filled with stars. Missed the new moon by one day but it was still stunning. The house has a great deck for viewing and just relaxing. This location is so quiet, you’ll totally enjoy that feature. Loved the free-standing fireplace. Furniture was comfortable and the large dining table was great for games and meals. had an amazing stay at this Flagstaff townhouse! The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a cozy mountain feel. The pool table was a huge hit and made for some fun evenings after exploring the area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, great restaurants, and hiking trails. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We only stayed one night after our visit to the Grand Canyon but the townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t realize it backed up to the freeway so if you are looking for quiet relaxation on the patio, it is kind of loud outside but pretty muffled inside so didn’t bother us. Overall it seemed clean but needs a little maintenance TLC on some things.

Amazing Family Stay in Flagstaff! We loved our stay at this house!It was listed as 3b3b but actually has 4b4b– 2b2b downstairs, and 2 more upstairs, perfect for large family or two families traveling together. The house super clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. It’s a short drive to a supermarket, making it easy to grab groceries. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room had a TV for movie nights. Beds were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless with fresh towels. The host was great, quick to respond, which we enjoyed. Check-in was easy,We’d definitely book again! Highly recommend!

Had a great time staying in the rental with family to visit out NAU kids. Lots of bed space and the four bathrooms was great too. Super comfy beds, lots of blankets for a chilly night with snow. 
Loved the pool table especially and the well stocked kitchen for meals. This was a great neighborhood for walks in the morning

This is a great house! We loved the floor plan and the space for our family to spread out.  It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and so did all of the bathrooms. I'm surprised no other reviews mentioned that this house backs up directly to the freeway. We were disappointed when we found this out AFTER booking it. I can honestly say it wasn't that bad - you can hear the traffic but it didn't really bother us. We had an issue with the upstairs tv - we couldn't get it to work on the first night. We weren't sure if all of the remotes had dead batteries (we shuffled batteries with the remotes downstairs and it still didn't work) or if it was something else. I contacted the host and was told they'd get back to me but they never did. We ended up buying batteries the third night and that fixed it. We never did hear back from the host though. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here!
