This place was great! It had plenty of beds and great entertainment areas for when all 14 of us were hanging at the house. It’s in a compound of 4 AirBnbs which was really neat. The casita was great for my parents to have their own space, and the main house had a room almost like a bunk room with a tv for the kids. Location was great, was a straight shot to Congress Avenue and super close to all the restaurants and bars on the east side and very close to Rainey street. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Austin! I booked this place extremely last minute and the hosts were incredibly flexible and helpful throughout the process. They responded quickly to my calls and messages which made everything super smooth. The property was spacious and clean with plenty of activities to enjoy right on site. The location was also perfect with lots of restaurants within a mile and just a 10-15 minute drive to UT Austin. It was definitely worth the money and if you ever need an Airbnb in Austin I’d highly recommend booking this one, especially if you’re traveling with a big group. David R

The accommodations are fantastic. Access to highways were great. Also grocery shopping was close and easy to to navigate. All of our guest were pleased with the spacious areas for get togethers as a family. Beautiful deck area and corn hole area. We were pleased with all sleeping areas. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks Carter Great place! The house is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, making it easy to feel at home. We did encounter a minor issue with the lock, but Carter was incredibly responsive and came personally within minutes to resolve it, which we really appreciated. <br/>If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the linens and towels. While not dirty, they could benefit from a more thorough laundering to feel fresher. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.
