The space
Welcome to our inviting space in Colorado Springs! The bedroom features a comfy queen bed adorned with extra blankets for added coziness, along with convenient amenities like a dresser, nightstand, and bedside lamps. Stay cool with the ceiling fan during warmer months. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find all the cookware essentials you need for preparing delicious meals. The spacious living room offers ample seating and entertainment with a 50" Smart TV. Parking is a breeze with up to 6 spaces available in the driveway. Refresh in the full bathroom, where towels, soaps, and even pool towels are provided. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, unwind in the garden area with a BBQ grill. Plus, we're dog-friendly, so bring your furry friends along for the adventure!
Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Even nicer in person than in the pictures. Has spa vibes. The location was very convenient, and the home had so many thoughtful touches. One thing to note is that the backyard is not fully fenced, but otherwise very dog friendly. Thank you, Philip! I had a nice week in Colorado Springs and Philip was kind and very responsive to messages when I reached out throughout the week. I loved the location of the Airbnb (walkable to downtown Old Colorado Springs, and I even went on a long run to the Garden of the Gods straight from the airbnb and got to experience the park - highly recommend! so beautiful). I did have a bummer of an experience where the fridge went out, and I lost hundreds of dollars of meal-prepped food. When turning the fridge off and then back on, it did reset but the food in there was already ruined. This significantly impacted my week as I was in town for a training and had all meals prepped for the week. Who is to say if that would happen again to anyone else or if it's a one-time thing. Regardless, it impacted my stay truthfully. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. I used the washer and dryer which was helpful! Beautiful scenery and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. E

The property was so nice and clean. The property management was fast to respond to messages. The house was close to restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again!
