Everything in the pictures. Due to possible pool construction, the backyard has not been nicely landscaped, and exterior construction might happen during your stay; please ask host. Laundry room and parking is shared with other renters.

they need to update their place before anyone stays there. we couldn't even stay one night and we originally booked 6 nights. when you sat on beds they immediately broke through the wood. they were built without screws and slats. it was visibly dirty everywhere. there were no real pillows for the beds. they are couch throw pillows with no pillow cases. it looked like nothing compared to the pictures posted.
