The house itself is so cute!! And it held all 6 of my family members comfortably! The patio with the fire pit and hot tub was so peaceful and well set up and decorated! It’s all located about 15 mins from all the good attractions in Colorado Springs. The only thing issue I had was I could have sworn the listing said 2 bathrooms when I booked, but there is only 1. But other than that it was a perfect stay!

This place is fantastic — beautifully built and thoughtfully designed. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. There’s a waiver to sign before check-in, which makes sense given how well-appointed and high-end the unit is.  Shower takes a bit to warm up- give it sometime and enjoy!

The reservation has a hidden $20 non-refundable security/insurance fee. The instructions to get to the place were a bit confusing, mentioning to enter through the back where there is parking, but this parking is clearly not for us to use. The place also didn’t have wi-fi during our stay and there’s an odd, undecorated crevice in the bathroom where a washer + dryer are meant to be but are missing. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay in a clean, quiet room— with just a few issues not large enough to dampen our trip at all.

Great location.  The place was clean.  The price was a bit more than we usually spend.  Prefer to be able to adjust the heat on our own.  The heating system is set and you can’t change it.  We did end up getting a bit to warm in there.  Other than that it was a great stay.  Just some small things that may not be issues for all.  Clean and plenty of space.  Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

I like that the home was spacious and appreciated the separate living space in the basement. I loved the natural lighting the home gets. The community is quiet and calm. The park just around the block is nice for kids or letting your dogs run around. A good community for walking. We also enjoyed the patio and backyard space. Communication with the host was good. They respond pretty quickly to any questions or issues had. I’d stay here again.

The photos didn’t do the house justice and the house was gorgeous. I loved everything about the house and would definitely recommend. We did have a couple hiccups but they were solved so fast that we didn’t even notice anything was wrong. The location was beautiful and we were able to get to everything quickly.

I rated VALUE at 3 stars because of the makeup of my particular group. At the time of my initial reservation the value was very good. As our dynamics changed closer to the trip, I spent ALOT more than “my share”. That being said, the pricing was comparable to other VBROs I’ve used. I am VERY GLAD that the off-road vehicle was recommended. Future Patrons: This is a REAL need, not just a polite suggestion. We loved it, even though our manta every trip became “what were we thinking?” The lodge itself was more than we needed in terms of luxury, but such a welcome retreat at the end of the family celebration pre-party, party, and post-party. For my 5 y.o. traveling companion, the deer out our windows every day and the whole Milky Way at night were even better than the game tables. For future patrons with kids: Best Hide & Seek Venue Ever! Last note - as an ambulatory, elder visitor, all spaces were easily accessible.

This is a duplex. Phillip’s side is better maintained than the other half. This booking was on the right side of the duplex,closest to the driveway. It was super to be able to park off-street. The area is so great with the ability to walk into the south side of the Garden of the Gods. Red Rock Canyon is a 5 minute drive away. The two beds are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. The unit has a washer/dryer combo (in the same machine) and a great kitchen. It was great to be able to have our dog at the unit. We had deer and bunnies in the yard. Overall was a good fit for us.

Great location for a walkable Old Colorado City getaway.  Comfortable place four our group of 6 with great amenities including the game room and terrific outdoor space.  The street facing rooms were a little loud for our light sleeper at night, but we just swapped rooms, and it worked out well.

Premier Pads were very friendly and super responsive! The place had all the essentials and plenty of space for a larger group around 13 people could stay comfortably. The photos make the place look a bit bigger than it actually is, but it’s still a very spacious spot overall. It did feel a bit like a party house and could use some renovations in the main bathroom and the big room with the bunk beds. Overall we had a nice stay!

There were a few things that were missing around the house, but the responsiveness and customer service from this hosts made it all right! Great house and loved the outdoor area. I did book for up to 16 guests, which I thought was a bit of a tight squeeze but can still make it work. Great experience working with the hosts and my family had a great time!

Had out of town family come stay at this place, and we all had such a blast!! We used the pickleball court, pool, and pool table a ton. Didn't realize how close it was to the airport so that made it super easy for my out of town family to get to. Would definitely stay again!

This place a was a great spot for a quick trip to AZ! Pool was a necessity for how hot it was. The pickleball quart was a great photo opportunity. The neighborhood was quiet and didn't have a problem with a 15 person group that stayed here. The owner were responsive via message in a timely manner. The CONS: the place is not cleaned well immediately collected dirt on our feet inside the house, the bathrooms were run down, one tub needed to be cleaned so it stopped filling up as you use it, not enough white towels to shower for 15 people, and not enough bedding for the extra beds for the couch and pullout beds. The owner was responsive, but said a handy man would come vacuum the pool, but no one ever came. Be prepared to bring your own utensils, like a can opener and wine bottle opener. I would buy more toilet paper and paper towels for your stay. There's a garbage rule

We stayed for a bachelorette and it was perfect!! All girls slept comfortably and it was a very spacious place. The rooms were all a bit warm but other than that it was amazing! We enjoyed the pool so much!!

We were very pleased with this home. Premier Pad accommodated us the very same day of us locating home. Everything we were looking for was in the home. Plenty of space for our 16 member family. The amenities was the best the pool, the Pickle Ball Courts, the game room was just what we needed. The home was spread out enough where we all had plenty of space. The home is an older home with a few cosmetic issues, but nothing concerning to us. Our children and grandchildren really enjoyed every minute of it. Very close to downtown Phownix and not far from Paradise Valley to enjoy good eats. Our adult children wanted to stay longer and the house was already booked through September. We would definitely will stay again and 5 Stars for sure the Host was quick with responding. The only thing we suggest is wider curtains in Master Bedroom and more lighting at the Pickle ball court since it's too hot to play during the day. Last minute price was a Bleasing as well. Blessing to all! Enjoy it!

We were not able to check in until 4pm. We were told that the cleaning crew needed to come through first. Arrived and there was a handy man in the house, he left and then came back an hour later to take pictures of the doors inside and to clean the very dirty, green pool. He was there until 7pm. The pictures for the home were beautiful but when we arrived it was clear they used some careful editing in their advertisements. The house had a very unpleasant smell. Lots of holes in walls and doors. Toliet barely flushed. We had to flush multiple times to get toilet paper to go down. I requested late check out, as we arrived at 4pm, handy man was there until 7pm, and we had to check out at 10am. We never received a response. Overall, for what we paid, it was a terrible value. I would have preferred to pay the same for a nice hotel. Would never stay here again.

Our group chose this place for all backyard amenities, however there was minimal use d/t a lot of the pieces missing. No balls for pickleball, missing a board for bags, no mini golf balls, etc. The location requires 20-30 minutes of driving if you wish to go to popular Scottsdale locations such as Old Town. The rooms were clean and plenty of space for our stay. Lacks some basic kitchen utensils and we had to go buy our own toilet paper since there was only half rolls in each bathroom when we arrived. The property is listed as no smoking but there was cigarette butts underneath the hammock and scattered outside on the property when we arrived. The host was responsive and we still had a great stay. Just some things to take into consideration when choosing your trip stay.
