We had issues trying to get in with the instructions for the keypad were not clearly explained & the code they gave us didn’t work so as I was messaging back-and-forth w/host, my husband went to the backyard & walked in thru the back door that the latch didn’t work. So we contacted host about that & they sent out a repairman to fix it the next day. Next issue they advertise for a sparkling pool that was very dirty& never got cleaned even after repeated conversations w/ host. Next issue happened while I was out by the pool area by myself, a landscaper came into the backyard unannounced from him or host & started a power trimmer when my back was turned & scared me to death. I notified the host immediately & asked why & the only response I got was oh I’m so sorry that happened to you we will find out. It’s a beautiful home but if you’re advertising for a sparkling pool, it should be sparkling!
