This neighborhood just a few blocks northwest of Downtown Colorado Springs is in transition, and offers exceptional urban amenities in a semi-suburban environment, where the homes date from the turn of the last century, the streets are lined with trees, and there's a sense of the classic and the good. Walk to Downtown from here, or just a few blocks south where you'll find some of the city's best cafes (Rosco's), restaurants, breweries (Cerberus Brewing) and night-spots (503W, Benny's). Old Colorado City, with its artisan shops, restaurants, galleries and unique, western-artisan-chic is just a few blocks to the west. All of the west-side destinations for travelers and guests are close by—places like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Incline, and the base of Pikes Peak—all just about 5 minutes away by car. There is plenty of COS goodness here: defined by the combination of both the urban and the natural, the familiar and the spectacular.
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, craft breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
*We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
* AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
* There are window AC units located in the upper bedrooms
Please be advised that we may ask guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and a credit card to verify identity. This was the worse stay I have ever experienced. I paid for early check in and the code didn’t work. I then spent 40 minutes trying to get a hold of someone to get in while my frozen and refrigerated food just sat outside. Once I finally got inside I asked for a reimbursement for my early check in since it was majorly delayed and am still being told that it’s “being reviewed” and “that it’s been sent out to the team, we will get right back to you” I’m still getting the generic responses almost two weeks later from my stay without anything being resolved. One of the bedrooms smelt of strong dog urine. They tried to cover up with carpet powder that you could visibly see had been sprinkled on to hide the scent and not even vacuumed up. There were missing appliances from their provided list and when reached out to them, they said they would find out and get back to me. Still to this day, has not gotten back to me and that was on day 1 of my 4 night stay. Communication is nonexistent! Great place the kitchen is amazing we loved it here great location as well E

House is centrally located for all activities. Quiet at night & busy during the day type of neighborhood. 2 bedrooms upstairs - 1 with a window unit the other without. Stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, handrail available.No ceiling fans nor floor fans in the house, no hair blow dryer. Kitchen is super spacious and fully equipped with utensils, dishes, pots & pans. Easy access to the fenced in backyard through the kitchen back door. Washer/Dryer found between the kitchen and the back door. Overall, we had a great stay. Location was great. Kitchen has a good variety of items available to make our stay feel at home. Couch was so comfy! Having 2 bathrooms was our greatest need and that was a win!
