This neighborhood just a few blocks northwest of Downtown Colorado Springs is in transition, and offers exceptional urban amenities in a semi-suburban environment, where the homes date from the turn of the last century, the streets are lined with trees, and there's a sense of the classic and the good. Walk to Downtown from here, or just a few blocks south where you'll find some of the city's best cafes (Rosco's), restaurants, breweries (Cerberus Brewing) and night-spots (503W, Benny's). Old Colorado City, with its artisan shops, restaurants, galleries and unique, western-artisan-chic is just a few blocks to the west. All of the west-side destinations for travelers and guests are close by—places like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Incline, and the base of Pikes Peak—all just about 5 minutes away by car. There is plenty of COS goodness here: defined by the combination of both the urban and the natural, the familiar and the spectacular.
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, craft breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
* AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Convenient Location - great place! This place was exactly what the description stated! The backyard is just enough if you have a pet, and has a grill! The stay was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Great location as it is walking distance to downtown. You’ll have plenty to do around you without needing to drive around! First silverware missing. fridge water not working, ice barley if any but hallow. they would not fix problem or credit us. House floors sloping. not enough toilet paper. Microwave above stove not working. no spices like salt, pepper garlic, onion. Beds very hard. And something about house every day when returning everyone sneezing stuffed up . bugs crawling on floor and tables. a

There was trouble w sent info from property. Wrong code and could bot click link. Had to resend each a few times.Other than that, property was lovely and maintenance came quick to fix microwave. Had no microwave for 2 days but we were fine.Area was very convenient for downtown.
