This was the worse stay I have ever experienced. I paid for early check in and the code didn’t work. I then spent 40 minutes trying to get a hold of someone to get in while my frozen and refrigerated food just sat outside. Once I finally got inside I asked for a reimbursement for my early check in since it was majorly delayed and am still being told that it’s “being reviewed” and “that it’s been sent out to the team, we will get right back to you” I’m still getting the generic responses almost two weeks later from my stay without anything being resolved. One of the bedrooms smelt of strong dog urine. They tried to cover up with carpet powder that you could visibly see had been sprinkled on to hide the scent and not even vacuumed up. There were missing appliances from their provided list and when reached out to them, they said they would find out and get back to me. Still to this day, has not gotten back to me and that was on day 1 of my 4 night stay. Communication is nonexistent!

House is centrally located for all activities. Quiet at night & busy during the day type of neighborhood. 2 bedrooms upstairs - 1 with a window unit the other without. Stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, handrail available.No ceiling fans nor floor fans in the house, no hair blow dryer. Kitchen is super spacious and fully equipped with utensils, dishes, pots & pans. Easy access to the fenced in backyard through the kitchen back door. Washer/Dryer found between the kitchen and the back door.

Overall, we had a great stay. Location was great. Kitchen has a good variety of items available to make our stay feel at home. Couch was so comfy! Having 2 bathrooms was our greatest need and that was a win!
