So happy with choosing this home. The Premier Pad’s host was very responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond for my family. We stayed in Arizona for my son’s transplant and when I asked if was possible to put in a new air filter (not that the original needed replacing I just wanted to be over cautious with my son’s health) the host immediately came and replaced the air filter within and hour. The home was beautiful, clean and the neighborhood was just are great. The perfect place to relax and recoup from surgery. We will definitely be staying here again. Walked in and place wasn’t cleaned couldn’t get into front door locks and codes were not changed. Filth and dirt in living room and kitchen. Walked through hallway and doors were off hinges. Dirty linens and towels in closet. Walk to bedrooms beds were not made no clean anything trash left behind. Go outside trash and cigarette butts on back patio. I have 2 toddlers this place was unacceptable and no way shape/form to rent out to new occupants who traveled 1200 miles . Thank goodness we contacted Airbnb immediately and gave me a full refund immediately plus 600$ credit and stated that they would be fined for not having the best of standards or not meeting the criteria of standards.
