Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This property has so much potential but unfortunately a few things put us off: the interior camera located in a main living space, deep holes next to the volleyball court which posed a safety hazard (where the net posts were removed rendering the advertised volleyball court unusable), 4 propane non-vented firepits/places within enclosed indoor spaces, very limited cookware/silverware/dinnerware so we had to run out and grab disposable plates and silverware.<br/>I will say check in and out was smooth and seamless, the house comfortably fit us, was clean, had lots of space for us to hang out in and games to entertain us. Lots that we did enjoy about the space and property. Hopefully the hosts are able to address those things so that future reviews by others are back to 5 stars! Unexpected visitors during our the stay, undisclosed cameras in the house, ammenities removed before prior to our stay ending, lack of communication host. We enjoyed this home because it has lot of space. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (16,14, 7 and 4). The home allowed the space if someone needed to chill, find quiet while others were playing or catching up. The kitchen was huge, beds comfortable and home is well appointed. No fish eye lens here folks! The enclosed porch on second story was popular in the morning and for evenings sunsets. <br/>Check in was super easy. The night we arrived we sent a message to the host (I hated to contact them at nearly past midnight), they were attentive and responded immediately. We went to Costco and stocked up to have big family dinners, there is a king soopers near by for odds and ends. We had family game night every night that was awesome. If you are looking for a grand space that is comfortable and encourages quality family time, don’t hesitate in booking. We will return and I can’t thank the host enough for the beautiful family memories that were created in this home. Beautiful location ! If you have kids will defiantly keep them busy.
