Each of the four comfortable bedrooms features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and dresser, providing a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring Colorado Springs.

The main living area features an inviting open-concept layout, contemporary decor, comfortable sectional seating, and flat-screen TVs, including 75-inch and 48-inch screens. Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.
Other things to note
House Rules
• The primary guest must be at least 21 years old unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.
• No smoking inside the property. A $1,000 fine will be charged for smoking violations.
• Unauthorized guests are not permitted. A $500 fine applies for each unauthorized guest.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
• No pets are allowed at this property.
Damage Protection
We require a refundable hold of $1,000 on your card for potential damages, which will be released after checkout. Alternatively, you may opt out of the refundable hold by purchasing damage waiver coverage for a non-refundable fee of $70.
Air Conditioning
The home is equipped with central air conditioning. Please keep the thermostat set at 68°F or higher to prevent the AC unit from freezing. Setting the temperature below 68°F may cause the system to freeze and require up to 24 hours to defrost before maintenance can be performed.
Colorado Springs generally experiences cooler evenings during the summer, so opening the windows can also help bring in fresh, cool air.
Security Cameras
There is one exterior security camera facing north. The camera is active and records for security and liability purposes.
There are no indoor security cameras. Guests must not disable, cover, or interfere with the exterior camera during their stay.

• Keep all trash securely stored in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside overnight, as wildlife may be active in the surrounding area.
• Unlike hotels, the property does not have on-site housekeeping or maintenance staff. However, our team is available to assist with any concerns and will address requests as promptly as possible.
