• Please place bowls of food & water in the kitchen
• Maximum two pets, under 60 lbs each
• Fleas are abundant in our area; your dogs MUST be properly treated for flea prevention
• Dogs must relieve themselves outdoors. Indoor pee pads are not allowed. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and to bring their own supplies for doing so. Please place any excrement bags in the garbage bins outside (exterior wall of the carport)
• While it is unlikely that a pet will damage a property, guests remain liable for the damage caused by their animal.

Stayed here with my parents it was their first Airbnb experience and it was a little rocky. Another family walked into our place while we were there. This happened at night. The host was communicative but I felt like they didn't handle it with care. They said it was "just" that the calendar did not sync properly. I did express our discomfort knowing another family had the code to our door. They said they would be changing the code but they never did. We placed a chair under the doorknob for the rest of our stay. Other than that - Place was cute and close to the bay. House was beautiful inside - you could really see the owners personality.
