When I first arrived, the unit had a noticeable smell, dirty floors and brown stains on the walls (next to toilet, at entry, above the bed). The host sent in a cleaning crew upon request. I was awakened several nights throughout my stay by neighbors shouting at each other between 2-4AM. I brought this to the hosts attention with no response. The neighborhood was mostly safe, but there was some conflict about parking. I suggest parking outside of the fenced lot to avoid this. I noticed the lock was low on battery, and I brought this to the hosts attention. He did not fix it in time and the last day of my stay, the door lock died and the door remained unlocked so I left my reservation early and made other arrangements. unit 1에 배정되었고 early check-in 해서 50달러 지불했다. 다른 후기에서 처럼 알 수 없는 냄새가 났고 체크 아웃 후에도 모든 짐과 몸에서 그 냄새가 났다. 이 문제를 견딜 수 없는 사람이라면 이 방을 추천하지 않는다.<br/>방은 사진과 똑같다. 냄새를 제외하면 먼지나 거미줄 같은 건 보이지 않지만 바닥은 청소가 필요해 보인다.<br/>체크인 후 샴푸와 컨디셔너가 없다고 말하자 빠르게 보내줘서 감사하다.<br/>하지만 첫 날 밤 바퀴벌레를 발견했다. 당장 신고하고 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했는데 이용 가능한 방이 없다고 했다. 체크아웃 전 날 호스트는 pest control service를 보내준다고 하였다. 하룻밤 남았기 때문에, 내가 체크아웃 한 뒤에 하라고 했다. 꼭 그 작업이 진행되었길 바란다. 마지막 날 밤에도 바퀴벌레를 보았기 때문이다. <br/>호스트는 응답이 빠른 편이고 문제가 있으면 해결해주려고 노력한다.
