I was really disappointed with this stay. The communication from the host was fast and the location was great, but there were far too many issues for the price I paid.<br/>From the very beginning, the information in the initial email was incorrect — including the door code and the WiFi details. Neither of them worked when I arrived. Even the spare key they provided didn’t work, which made checking in extremely frustrating. Inside the home, there were also maintenance problems, including a roof leak in one of the bedrooms, which is something that should have been addressed long before any guest checked in.<br/>What made the situation worse was receiving automated messages asking me to pay extra for things like a late checkout. Given all the problems I experienced, that should have been offered as a courtesy if I needed it — not treated as an add-on fee. Guests are expected to pay in full and on time, and that same level of consideration should be shown when guests face major inconveniences. Deshawn

The house and location were very nice, with plenty of space for my family. However, the property was not cleaned to acceptable standards upon arrival—the floors were sticky and dirty. We also noticed that 7–8 privacy blinds were missing from the sliding glass door, which posed a safety concern by allowing people to see directly inside. Upstairs, there was an unpleasant odor that lingered all week, and on our last morning we discovered the source: a pair of dirty children’s underwear left under a bed by the staircase. This was extremely concerning, especially since the room had been occupied by an adult during our stay, meaning the item had been there for quite some time. Additionally, one of the TV cable boxes downstairs did not work, and although maintenance attempted to fix it, the issue was unresolved. Overall, while the house itself was spacious and well-located, the cleaning team failed to meet basic standards, and greater attention to cleanliness and safety is necessary. This place was exactly like the pictures and perfect for the needs of our group. I had a great time and really enjoyed the property
