Parking instructions were not given until 48 hours before. Our group had 15 people. We had several cars. They allotted only one space. We were told to park on another residential street a block away. We encountered a hostile neighbor that moved threateningly towards us. It seems that street is filled with cars from these 4 adjoining properties. I am sure the neighbors don't care for that. We ran across one that didn't. We had to rent a car because we didn't trust parking. The house had a broken toilet seat, door off the hinges to one bathroom, low water pressure in kitchen, filthy towels, dust and dirt all over, we found a dead roach and a live one, and a pool cue rack falling apart. The repairs were made the next day, but we were promised new/clean towels and for cleaners to come back and clean. The cleaning and towels never showed up. If we knew about the parking situation, we never would have stayed here. It is a good location, but I'd skip this place.

Great stay with 8 guys for a bachelor trip. Plenty of beds for every one to have their own bed. The pool room and master bedroom was its own little unit which gave the bachelor his own little space but also was used to hangout and play pool as well. TVs in the backyard and by the pool. Great location close to the city. Could have some more cooking utensils but we just used the oven so it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend.

This is no doubt the best airbnb experience that I have ever had. The home was beautiful, spotless, and was exactly what we were looking for. The airbnb host proactively reached out to ensure that our stay was going smoothly and that meant a lot. The home was also a very short uber ride to downtown Austin and it was simply perfect for the group that I brought with me. I will 100% be staying here the next time I'm visiting Austin. Thanks for a great stay! Hope to visit again soon.

The property is very nice. Location is great. We stayed for 8 nights. The yard was big enough for kids to play (setup a bounce house). For us, the 5th bedroom being the garage worked as it became a playroom for the kids as there were enough beds to accommodate the 14 of us in the 4 other bedrooms. The house is well maintained and the pictures do reflect the home accurately.

The house was brand new and super clean and nice, plus our group of 13 guys was surprisingly very comfortable here with the 10 Queen beds, 4 bathrooms and multiple hangout spaces. I’ve had guy trips at other Airbnbs in the past and have felt crammed with bunk beds and not enough bathrooms so this was great! We were short, cheap Ubers to bars in east Austin and Rainey Street and SoCo, so we had a blast…thanks for hosting us Carter!
