The space
Chic and comfy, mid-century modern furnishings. 55" Smart TV in living room. 3 private bedrooms with super-comfortable beds (including a bunk bed with a twin over full). 2 full baths, including a master suite with soaking claw foot tub. Smart TV's in both Queen bedrooms. Spacious, modern, stainless-steel kitchen with gas range and all amenities needed to feel like home (including coffee from our local roaster).
Phenomenal outdoor spaces, both front and back. The entire property is fenced so you can rest easy with your pups and kiddos. Brand new, natural gas Weber grill in the backyard, and corn-hole game for a fun afternoon.
Guest access
Wonderfully quiet and safe neighborhood, with parking front and rear (alley access). Smart-key access both front and back doors via specific assigned door code for your stay.

Cute, comfy house with an excellent yard! Great for our family and dog to explore the Canon City area! My friends and I have stayed at Air BnBs yearly for our girl trips. Cozy and well supplied. And ideal for our fur babies! I don't think they wanted to leave the beautiful yards. Keaston was a chat away and friendly. Add all this to the incredibly peaceful area & the welcoming small town people of Florence, this is easily our top favorite home & host to stay with. House is cute! We had a great time with easy access to Canon City and lots of fishing spots! My wife, along with our two adult children had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, comfortable and offered all the amenities listed. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do, hiking, biking and white water rafting. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was plenty of parking. We would absolutely stay here again.
