Pool can be heated for $80/day. Please keep in mind the pool heating takes about 5 hrs to heat up. Pool heating is required for the entire length of the stay.

Great place for a large gathering to stay. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for some broken things when we stayed. The outdoor projector, many of the string light bulbs, and one of the houses water heater were not working. Other than that it was a great place and we would stay again. This is easily one of the best pickleball focused Airbnbs in Phoenix. The court is incredible, with plenty of space, great lighting, a high-quality permanent net, and a well-maintained surface. The property itself feels like the set of a reality show, with all the cottages and activities creating a really fun and unique atmosphere. If you play pickleball, I can’t recommend this place enough. Spencer
