Overall an unpleasant place to stay - the place had trash and food leftover from previous tenants which caused fruit flys and flys. The property manager was very slow to take care of the issue (over 48 hours) but did provide a cleaning fee refund, which was appreciated. With all the other options in the area, we wished we would have picked some place to enjoy our time more in Dallas. <br/>Positives - beds are very comfortable and parking in the garage Nicholas

The location is literally what made this a great stay but had many problems. Upon checkin in I put my things down on the bed downstairs then I saw something jump across the bed assumed it was a speck til it jumped again texted the host he told me he would bring flea spray like I’m a damn exterminator. I booked this place bc of the tv on the patio outside but it was not one out there ,false advertising.Majority of the utensils were dirty and all the towels were wet damp like they didn’t finish drying. Whoever the cleaning service was just half ass fr. The host still hasn’t gotten back to me about partial credit. Great location bad amenities
