Great location…close to downtown/restaurants-bars, etc. New construction. Small…great for a couple. Stayed here for an event (Luftgekuglt) at the Tobacco Campus… incredible. Awesome place to stay if you are visiting Durham! Andrew

I stayed at Macario’s for a work trip. It was fine. I had to be to work every day before anything opened. There was no coffee maker, despite the listing claiming one. It’s a pretty minor issue. I reached out to Macario about it. He said he was sure there was one there, then refused to do anything about it until he heard from his cleaner, which apparently never happened, because I drank instant coffee for the duration of my stay. As I said, it’s was a minor issue, handled very poorly. Otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. Checkout requirements were also a bit excessive.
