Macario

Very nice little cottage, especially for the price. Everything worked and the place was clean. If I had 1 word to describe it……COZY!

Robb

Domingo

Great place, clean sho use and near lots to do. The host was responsive, friendly and left clear instructions. Check in was fast and easy which I love. Would come back

Ileianna

We loved our stay at Carter’s east side home! The house is beautiful, clean, and very well designed. Carter was a great host and took care of our needs. Walkable to many great places in East Austin or downtown! Highly recommend!

Andrew

I booked Phillip‘s place to work remotely and relax but I got way more than I paid for. The neighborhood is so beautiful and peaceful, you can walk the trail or the neighborhood safely. Check in was a breeze and he had absolutely everything you need to make any dish in the kitchen, like absolutely everything. My husband and I are very active and having a full gym in the basement was amazing! The machines are top notch for bodybuilding. Stores were nearby and very easy access to the freeway. The place was spotless and cozy, the beds were so comfy. We seriously felt right at home, if we had a question he responded right away. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful area. I didn’t bring my pup but he even had nice big dog beds in the main areas and the trails are perfect for walks. I had a last minute request, twice, to extend my reservation and he responded right away. This place is seriously amazing, book it! We will definitely be back!

Arlene

Had a great stay here during the Waste Management open. The host was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. House was in good shape when I arrived. The house is equipped with everything you would need. Had a great time using the pool, jacuzzi, putting green and outdoor space hanging out in the evenings. Highly recommend the host and house

Jake

Jake, thank you for such a detailed review. We’re glad you had a great time during the tournament and were able to fully enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor space. It’s great to hear the home had everything you needed. We’d be happy to host you again anytime.

Mariel

Thank you, Mariel. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate you choosing our place.

One of the cooler AirBnb's I've ever booked. There were 11 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple gamerooms and yards w/ pools. Our whole group was very comfortable all hanging out in the main house but it was nice to have all the extra space and sleeping quarters. Cheap ubers from the Airport and to Rainey and South Congress. We walked to dinner at 1618 one night, don't sleep on that place! Still can't believe this place exists so close to downtown, we felt like we were on an episode of the Real World.

Great house. Recently refurbished. Everything I needed.

Cozy place with an excellent higher end mattress in the master bedroom. Often, this detail is overlooked but not here.

Joseph

Premier Pads

Beautiful home, just like the pics. Jacuzzi was great.

Great place lots of things to do video games and billiards 🎱

Thank you, Ed. We’re happy you enjoyed the home and the entertainment options. Glad you had fun during your stay.

Carter responded all my concerns immediately.

Raja

Perfect location close to the Olympic Training Center, and easy access to downtown. House is tiny, but has everything you need. Philip is quick to respond to questions or concerns, and checkin was super easy.

Stacey

Great stay. Very clean. Fun game room with a shuffle board and vintage Mortal Kombat arcade game. Host is responsive. Place looked exactly like the photos, highly recommend and I would definitely stay again.

John

Thank you, John. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, the game room, and the retro touches. It’s great to hear the home matched the photos and that you’d stay with us again.

We had a great time here. The hot tub was wonderful. This was a great place for a quick trip.

Jody

Bravvion

Really quiet and safe neighborhood. We practically lived in the hot tub as it is perfect "Hot Tub" weather in Arizona right now. The house was clean and modern, and was very private. I also loved the back yard. Macario was very responsive and gave us a late check out option which I really appreciated. Honestly the perfect week would absolutely stay here again.

From check in to check out Macario was quick with responses and very professional. The home was everything that we expected and then some! The bathroom in the main bedroom was the biggest perk for me! I wished that it wasn’t snowing so I could’ve opened the door to the balcony. The beds were comfortable. We loved everything about the home. I would definitely stay again.

Natasha

Thank you, Natasha. We’re so glad the home met your expectations and that you enjoyed the space, comfort, and balcony area. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to host you again in the future.

This place was absolutely perfect. Super clean, beautifully maintained, and in an awesome downtown location. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. You can really tell they care about creating a comfortable and relaxing space for their guests. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Austin!

Sofia

Great experience. Host responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Thomas

Great location, very close to the broadmore. It was a little tricky to find at first but other than that it was a cute and comfy house. The neighbors were a little nosy at first but I would book again.

This was a great stay for our family of 4 and our furbabies. The backyard was big for the dogs to run and the inside was spacious enough for the kiddos to play with their toys. Working from home was not quite the best at this location just due to the inconsistency of the internet connection. But overall was a great place. Thanks again.

Brittany

This our third time staying at Phillip's place. It's in a great location near downtown Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Since I travel full time, having a second bedroom here is great for an office space. His place was clean, well managed, and everything I needed for a month long stay. Would stay again.

Ryan

Ryan, it’s always a pleasure hosting you. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us again and are glad the space continues to work well for your longer visits. Looking forward to your next stay.

Philip

This is our team's go-to place to stay for our annual conference at the Broadmoor. Plenty of space for us to have our own rooms, but also to hang out and collaborate.

Philip’s cabin was well worth the price. I would do it all over again! I was looking for a quiet cabin for a much needed two week respite and Philip’s place checked every box. I love how it’s not far from Woodland Park or Colorado City; both great communities.
The cabin was very clean. I felt warm and comfortable. The fireplace made a huge difference. The kitchen had all the proper amenities. I cooked meals with nothing missing for each meal.
I would love to stay here again!

Marty

Josue

Great home in quiet , peaceful neighborhood

Scott

Great place to stay at. Great amenities, and perfect location for activities to do and shopping. 10/10!

Christopher

The property is just perfect for single or couple with a dog. The home is very welcoming, lights were left on for our arrival which was at dusk so appreciated being able to see. Everything worked perfectly in the home, wifi was fast and without interruptions. Close to anything you need, private and safe. Looking forward to returning soon!

Michael

Great location. Lovely house. Fantastic backyard.

Valerie

Thank you, Valerie. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, the home, and the backyard. We’d be happy to host you again anytime.

Big home with big backyard. The view wasn’t perfect but you could still see the mountain range. The home was very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great and cell service was good (verizon). In a cul-de-sac and no issues from neighbors. Close to everything - food, parks, hiking, & city. Was a nice place for my cat and I to spread out and relax.

Nicole

Thank you, Nicole. We’re glad you found the home clean, comfortable, and well located, and that the internet and cell service worked well during your stay. It’s great to hear you and your cat were able to relax and enjoy the space. You’re always welcome back.

Beautiful home with a beautiful back yard. Very quiet and peaceful.

Anthony

Thank you, Anthony. We’re happy you enjoyed the home and the backyard. The peaceful setting is something many guests love, and we’re glad it made your stay special. You’re always welcome back.

Safian

Thank you, Jordan! We’re so glad the home provided a comfortable and cozy place to stay during the winter storm. You’re welcome back anytime, we’d be happy to host you again!

What a fantastic house. We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our group. We came to ski and you couldn't find a closer location to the Mountain. We had room for family style meals and to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliance were top notch. The garage was even big enough for our sprinter van.

Jason

Keith

Hi Keith, thank you! We’re really glad you enjoyed the home and its unique character, that’s exactly what we hope guests remember most about their stay. You’re welcome back anytime!

We loved this location and the hot tub / outdoor patio with the view was perfect! Quiet neighborhood seemed very safe with easy access to the 101, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails. Large area inside to spread out. Could use a little TLC but overall space is great.

Mark

Great responsive host, nice area, super clean house!

Travis

Hi Travis, really appreciate your kind words! We’re glad you enjoyed the home, the location, and the communication. You were a wonderful guest, come back anytime!
