Guest has access to everywhere except the owner's closet and drawers. There will be a portable rack for any clothes that need hanging. Drawers can be made available with advanced notice of at least 72 hours.

While the house and pool/golf was nice, it wasn’t called out that those items are shared with another Airbnb on the property. We could’ve enjoyed our stay and understand that issues and maintenance arise as homeowners ourselves. However the mini split unit in our home didn’t work and we had no AC. The host suggested solutions that didn’t make sense as the AC unit was a wall unit and had no thermostat/ducts/intakes. They said they sent someone out and they fixed it but the problem continued hours later. We stayed at a hotel night 1. We came back the next day to the same problem, they said the AC repairman was outside the property but we never saw him and no one asked to enter the house to fix anything. The hosts were slow to communicate. Didn’t actually end up spending one night here. The place is very nice, AC issues aside we would’ve loved to stay but the host could’ve done more to help. no towels, and no parking<br/>clean stay
