The space
Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house located near Old Town Scottsdale and within walking distance from Vista Del Camino Park. Our home features a fully fenced yard with a heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The master bedroom boasts a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a comfy king bed, opening up to the yard with a seating area. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and direct access to the yard with the pool. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, USB plug-ins, and also opens up to the yard with the pool. Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with cookware essentials provided. The spacious living room offers ample seating with a 55" Smart TV for entertainment. Two parking spots are available on the driveway and street parking in a cul-de-sac. The house also features a full bathroom with all towels and soaps provided, including pool towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Additionally, guests can make use of the BBQ and EV charger during their stay. Welcome to your home away from home!

Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $50 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING inside.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

This place is very nice, the pool and hot tub have some issues and we were unable to use this due to the hot tub not heating appropriately, but I brought this up to the property manager and they assured that they would address the issue. Otherwise, the house is very nice and comfortable, beds are very comfortable, and the house is clean. The kitchen is very nice even though we did not cook, but the appliances are all very high-end. In the rare chance that you were there during a flash flood or significant rain, you could possibly have to use the “back entrance” through an adjacent Alley like we did, but this is a very rare occurrence. I would highly recommend this place as it is nice with friendly neighbors. Kierra

Overall, the stay was okay, could have been better. However I was pleased with how responsive the host was. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the space over the duration of our trip, and noticed more issues as time went on which we were not pleased about. The host tried their best to accommodate in the short amount of time. I believe what would help them improve would be to send a cleaner out before each booking just to make sure space is tidy and free of any mess from previous guests. <br/>Front door lock is challenging but locks, few other doors either had no lock or did not function properly, which is a huge safety hazard. We had a good girls trip. The house was cute. It was close to pretty much everywhere. The pool was nice. We enjoyed our stay Home needs maintenance, front door lock does not work well, door is difficult to close, none of the sliding glass doors (three in the home) lock. Primary room/bathroom not cleaned well, multiple dead bugs/hair and dust which I had to vacuum. Kitchen was nice and as pictured, well stocked. Pool was nice, pool net was ripped and made it difficult to clean debris from pool. Overall home has potential but needs maintenance!
