Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. House Rules Required
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Mini-Splits units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Beautiful house in great area outside of Colorado Springs. The house was clean, spacious, had an amazing outside area. Everything we hoped for. Would definitely stay there again. the house was beautiful,the yard was beautiful, had a issue with oven wouldn’t work and the back door and bedroom doors did not lock other then that the house was great my family loved it!
