The space
Welcome to this spacious, single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and soft lighting for a restful atmosphere. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed, while the third is ideal for families or groups, offering a queen bed plus twin bunk beds.
The open-concept living room includes plenty of seating and a 55" Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The Primary Guest or the person booking must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate the reservation if you do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING is allowed INSIDE. Smoking is permitted outside, and we have provided a receptacle for your convenience.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC unit - best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and all the wild life that was there. The game room was perfect for the kiddos. We look forward to returning! The drive out was a little more rugged than expected. The dirt roads out aren’t terrible but just be ready for that!
The AC was also not what I had expected. They have two mobile ACs that require water to be filled. These did ok but maybe one for each room or a more substantial window unit might be a better option. It was hot but not completely unbearable.
I would also love to see a few more helpful furnitures. One room did not have a light or lamp. And some small tables/shelves in each room/bathroom would be nice to put our stuff on.
My mom tried to use a hair dryer and tripped the breaker. There was signage that said it was in a storage closet. When we tried to get some help they said it was on the side of the house. Indeed there was one but it did not fix the issue. Phillip was responsive. They were getting maintenance out to us but we had left pretty early the morning of check out.
It is truly a country house, if you’re looking for luxury, this is not it. But it was peaceful. Rented home during a travel work contract. The home location consists of a drive time of about 8-9 miles of dirt which made it impossible to get from city to home & vice versa without getting stuck or leaving vehicles completely dirty. Our last 7 days in the home were miserable! We had no AC for 7 days and no water for the last 3 days. We had gallons of water delivered to the home to shower with buckets of water but this was unacceptable. We had to rent a hotel room to shower and have AC which are basic necessities which costed us additional money, on top of paying for this location fee. This should’ve been fixed the day of or at least the next day and it was never fixed even after being brought up to them several times. Location surroundings are not decent if you have a car, we got stuck even with trucks. Owner was quick to reply and very understanding but our weekly issues were never fixed.. we checked out and even upon checking out the AC nor water had been fixed. Very disappointed.
