The space

You’ll enter this home after parking in the private driveway or the private 2-car garage using the private key-code provided to you at check-in. Immediately you’ll be presented with an inviting open space lighted warmly and naturally by the many windows. This home has two levels, and you’ll have the option to descend to the ground level as you enter, but more on that shortly.
The main living room is open and bright, with vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and westward facing windows up high. There’s a wood-burning fireplace that just invites a warm, relaxing evening on a cold Colorado winter’s night. The furnishings are tasteful and appropriate, warm without being too much. The furniture is modern and comfortable. Just beyond the living room is the practical, fully-functional kitchen ready for your culinary creations, with a formal dining room with seating for six.
Walkout from the kitchen onto the quality composite deck, into the backyard and a small piece of paradise. There’s outdoor seating, a gas grill, and an expansive area to gaze up at the stars on a clear Colorado night. You’ll notice too (especially if you have kids) the swing set and jungle gym complete with a climbing wall and a clubhouse! The backyard itself is spacious and green in the summer — ready for a football toss or just some time breathing the fresh mountain air. The globe lighting at night presents a warm ambiance, ready to entertain.
Back inside on the main, upper level are two of the home’s three bedrooms, including the master, with comfortable King bedding. The second bedroom also offers a Full, and both are serviced by a modern, updated, stand-out bathroom both inviting and ready for business with dual sinks, stone counters, tile bath and more. The third bedroom is downstairs, but to access it you’ll have to make your way through a welcoming, relaxing space with comfortable leather sofa, and a fully functional wet bar. There’s an additional walk-out on this level for easy access outside.
There’s also plenty of functional storage space, including a large storage room and a utility room with a full laundry for guest use. Just down the hall is our third bedroom with comfortable Queen bed and quality linens, professionally laundered. There’s also a desk and office area for work (if you must)! I like that the home was spacious and appreciated the separate living space in the basement. I loved the natural lighting the home gets. The community is quiet and calm. The park just around the block is nice for kids or letting your dogs run around. A good community for walking. We also enjoyed the patio and backyard space. Communication with the host was good. They respond pretty quickly to any questions or issues had. I’d stay here again. A

The house was very clean and well equipped. It was very close to shopping in a great neighborhood for walking. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard. The host was very responsive. Loved the downstairs shower. Would stay again. P

Cute house, nice yard for our dogs, and great location. For my husband and I, the master bed was too high off ground and tub was difficult to get in and out of for a shower. The kitchen could use a can opener, upgraded cooking utensils, bakeware, and pots and pans. Overall, it was a nice stay. M
