Everything in the pictures. Due to possible pool construction, the backyard has not been nicely landscaped, and exterior construction might happen during your stay; please ask host. Laundry room and parking is shared with other renters.

I will start with the good... The house is in a great central location. The owner was quick to respond to messages. Now for the bad.... The place was filthy (dirt on the walls and door frames, hair on the rugs, dirty sheets, stains on the pillows and mattresses, which were discovered at the end of our stay, stains all over the pool table). It was also in disrepair (dishwasher trays rusted through, destroyed furniture, stove not fully functional, etc). There are ropes on the primary bedroom bed that had wrist ties. The bathroom door frame was severely damaged and looked like it had been broken into. Some of the doors had repair marks on them from previously being punched and kicked (that's how it appeared). Some of the doors were missing handles. The curtain rods were pulled out of the wall.Less bad.... The TV was broken. The house is actually an eight-bedroom house divided into three rental units. There is no sound buffering in the house, so you can hear the other renters. One night one of the renters was up with his friends till the early morning hours. I communicated all of this to the owner (with pictures) and he refunded 130. Our stay was for four nights, so this was barely a dent in our bill. I would have left and stayed someplace else, but we did not purchase the insurance and had no other place to stay. I would not stay here again nor recommend somebody else stay here. T

Hands down the worst rental experience I've ever had. The house was a mess when we arrived- dirty dishes in the sink and on the stove. Food all over the stove, and floors. Dirty linenes on the floors with nothing on the beds. The place had obviously not been cleaned after the last renters.Communication was extremely slow. I only received a response after contacting VRBO, who gave me a number to text. Whoever I was texting was not communicating with whoever was responded on the app messaging. I had to repeat myself in both places multiple times. We stayed one of the 3 nights we booked. The group refused to stay after the first night.The host promised to refund the cleaning fee- still waiting for it.They demand a damage deposit. If they are going to take that money they should fix damaged items. There were broken closet doors, a broken stool in one closet, the bunk bed had broken and bent pieces.When we left I informed them we were leaving and would not be back. I let them know the front door would not lock. Hours later I received a message asking me to send them a video trying to lock the door. They apparently did not understand I left and would not be back. I had to repeat it three times before they finally caught on.Renter beware. I'd look somewhere else.
