My husband and I very much enjoyed our 4 nights in this cozy cabin with an awesome view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and had a washer and dryer which helped us not have to pack as much for our eleven day tour of Colorado. The cabin was ovely and decorated in such a way making you feel like you truly were home. The deck facing the beautiful mountain made for a delightful morning with coffee, and in the evening we enjoyed watching the passing cars on the distant roads...so calming and peaceful. This was a great homebase for visiting The Garden of the Gods, The Incline, many scenic routes 67 to 285 and 50! Highly recommend Red Rock Canyon in Manitou Springs...loved it's gorgeous walking trails! We were very happy we stayed at The Cowboy Cabin...cozy, comfortable, and felt like home.

The skies in Divide were filled with stars. Missed the new moon by one day but it was still stunning. The house has a great deck for viewing and just relaxing. This location is so quiet, you’ll totally enjoy that feature. Loved the free-standing fireplace. Furniture was comfortable and the large dining table was great for games and meals.  Totally recommend this property.

This was the perfect location for our Colorado stay! So many hikes near by and only 45 minutes away from great adventures in Manitou springs and Colorado Springs. The cabin had everything we needed and was so cozy! It was quiet and peaceful and we had coffee each morning watching the deer and other wildlife. Way better than staying in a busy city! Highly recommended!

The beds and  furniture were very comfy. The space seemed larger than the photos. The work done to breathe new life into this historic house was evident. So many outlets! The appliances worked well and were user-friendly. The decor and color palette were relaxing, but not boring. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The windows let amazing light in while not sacrificing any privacy.  The yard was also bigger than i expected, with comfy furniture, a very handy propane grill, and the perfect amount of sun and shade. <br/>My dog had a blast, she loved the yard and thoughtful doggie ameneties like the food mat and the dog "nook" in the backyard.  We had a great time and were able to book an additional week. If i had anything negative to say it would be that i booked BEFORE i found out about the Puebleo Chili and Frijole Festival and missed it by a day. <br/>Maybe next year!  <br/>Thank you Phillip for a great time, excellent communication, and even offering to fix something that wasnt a problem!

My husband and I searched high and low for a place to stay in Colorado Springs for our wedding anniversary and we finally found the perfect place! The condo had more than enough space for us,  was well laid out & centrally located to nearby attractions  and don't forget about the beautiful views, from mountain range to city scape you can see it all from this corner condo with its L shaped wrapped around terrace on the twelfth floor, simply beautiful! This is our second stay on this property. It's a wonderful place to rest and relax. The central location also allows for the option of going south to Colorado Springs or north to the Denver area very quickly to see the sights.

We enjoyed staying at this house in this location. Manitou Springs is a special place. We would stay here again.

We had good time staying in Half Pint small house while exploring CO. The place had everything we needed, full kitchen to cook sometimes, also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would return again!

Philips place was cute and easy to find. I felt really comfortable staying there. Close to anything you would want to do in Colorado Springs. He was very responsive (under 10 minutes) to any questions I had. The place was spotless and perfect for a solo traveler but could easily accommodate a small family. I felt comfortable throughout my whole stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and street parking was never an issue. The street itself was very quiet without a lot of traffic. Highly recommend this cottage.

It is a beautiful home with such a peaceful neighborhood. One of the mornings we had a couple of deer right outside the front window. Great touch is two of the bedrooms have a king size bed - nice for two couples.

Absolutely a beautiful home away from home.  Outstanding views.  Little touches of decoration everywhere.  All amenities in kitchen and bathroom we could think of.  Worked great from our family to stay and enjoy our nephew's wedding.  Highly recommend renting here.

We loved our stay at Philips cabin! We are big hikers so the location was perfect for us…we hiked Garden Of The Gods in Colorado Springs, Seven Bridges in North Cheyenne Cañon, we took the Broadmoor Manitou And Pikes Peak Cog Railway up to Pikes Peak, and we hiked Horsethief Falls Trail right outside of Cripple Creek!  If you are more into the city life and want to be close to town this area probably isn’t for you but if you love being secluded this is the one!  The “yard” was a little unkept.  Weeds got in the way of the fire pit but wasn’t a huge deal! Our only issue was that in the list of amenities it included an iron and ironing board. When we needed those items we could not find them, I messaged Philip and he said he would ask the cleaning lady and get back to me.  I never heard back from him.  Also, the blinds in the main bedroom are broken so you can’t raise them to let in sunlight, also not a huge deal but wanted to add so it may be fixed! Overall I would recommend this cabin!

My family and I stayed here for about 5 months while I was working in Tucson. This is a great house im a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our neighbors were so cool. My wife and kids befriended some of the neighbors and got invited to some jam sessions they had. Very cool. The house is very spacious with lots of amenities. Beds are very comfortable and water pressure in the showers were amazing. House was well stocked with towels, bedding, and kitchen utensils. The backyard was our favorite place to hang. The pool was great for the kids in the Tucson heat. Really enjoyed our stay here! If we’re ever back in Tucson for work I will definitely look for this place.
