Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for work and play! The backyard was meticulously curated for a Family Friendly vacation. The kids never wanted to leave ! Even the college kids LOL. This house is definitely our number one pick for stays in the area going forward. Daniela

Place is convenient and fun however we had a pretty bad experience because trash bin was left behind completely full and the pool area smelled pretty bad and even though it was immediately reported it took 2 days for them to come pick it up. Also outside tv didn’t work and bedding and beds were pretty cheap, not comfortable at all. Khris

The home was very nice. We were able to use all the amenities, it was clean and homey. The host was nice and allowed us an early check in. Would definitely recommend this home to Thera coming to Arizona and would be happy to book it again. Raymond

Accommodating and helpful with check in/luggage drop. The house was clean and spacious and was a blast for my friend’s bachelor trip. Located in a nice area Close to a variety of restaurants and plenty of golf courses. Would absolutely recommend this home 🙏🏼
