With two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, our cozy retreat accommodates up to four guests, making it perfect for small families or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. The space
Welcome to our cozy retreat! The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort. In the second bedroom, you'll also find a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with all the cookware essentials you need for preparing delicious meals. The spacious living room offers ample seating on the couch and a 50" Smart TV for entertainment. For those needing to catch up on work, we provide a laptop-friendly environment with an office table and ergonomic chair. You can also beat the heat inside the home with the Window AC Units provided. Parking won't be an issue with two street parking spaces available. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom with towels and soaps provided, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Step outside to our patio area equipped with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather.
Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Window units - Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

House had plenty of room and was clean. Inside was descent value the price. Backyard was overgrown with weeds & our dogs had a bit of a hard time getting down steep stairs to the yard but we made it work. Host was very responsive. Johnny

Great location easier to find The beds and furniture were very comfy. The space seemed larger than the photos. The work done to breathe new life into this historic house was evident. So many outlets! The appliances worked well and were user-friendly. The decor and color palette were relaxing, but not boring. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The windows let amazing light in while not sacrificing any privacy. The yard was also bigger than i expected, with comfy furniture, a very handy propane grill, and the perfect amount of sun and shade. <br/>My dog had a blast, she loved the yard and thoughtful doggie ameneties like the food mat and the dog "nook" in the backyard. We had a great time and were able to book an additional week. If i had anything negative to say it would be that i booked BEFORE i found out about the Puebleo Chili and Frijole Festival and missed it by a day. <br/>Maybe next year! <br/>Thank you Phillip for a great time, excellent communication, and even offering to fix something that wasnt a problem! Beautiful home I loved staying there. It was just as described and my family and I had a wonderful stay!
