Renters beware. I stayed at this rental over Halloween when I arrived the batteries to the keypad were dead and I was unable to get into the home. I reached out to the host and waited 20 plus minutes for a response leading me to have to contact Airbnb customer service. When they finally responded they told me they would reach out to their handyman to come and open the door for me which took 2 and a half hours after the listed check in time. They simply did not seem to care about the situation and continuously took their time responding to me. I had already been waiting an hour before they sent the message that their handyman would be there in an hour and a half. They stated that for the inconvenience they would be reimbursing me 30% of my first nights stay of which I never received. Then two weeks later they sent me a request for payment for “damages” of which I did not cause. I was bite up entirely by mosquitoes as they were in the home along with others in my group. Don’t rent here. so peaceful and serene. we never wanted to leave and kept extending until we ran into another booking. we will be back! Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us! The backyard space and living room area helped us relax and enjoy our stay even more.
