• Please place bowls of food & water in the kitchen
• Maximum two pets, under 60 lbs each
• Fleas are abundant in our area; your dogs MUST be properly treated for flea prevention
• Dogs must relieve themselves outdoors. Indoor pee pads are not allowed. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and to bring their own supplies for doing so. Please place any excrement bags in the garbage bins outside (exterior wall of the carport)
• While it is unlikely that a pet will damage a property, guests remain liable for the damage caused by their animal.

Love the place, had some complications contacting the host and getting inside but after was such amazing help! Good location close to everything. Everything was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The host was very responsive and helpful when I had a little trouble getting in. Would definitely stay again! it’s a very lovely home. host was very friendly and answered every questions i had in less than an hour. once we got to the airbnb the host was kind enough to let us check in an hour early. the house has a very welcoming atmosphere it also has quite a few cute antiques. overall everything was a 10/10. would highly recommend!!
