The space
Just recently renovated, this efficient little unit shines! The whites are white, the surfaces are clean, the bed invites. It might be relatively small, but it offers everything you need, nothing you don’t, and we all know what can come in small packages.
This unit is part of a larger building with other short-term rentals and guests. Enter at the door clearly marked “B” next to your private garage unit on the east side of the building. You’ll enter into the kitchen — fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. The appliances are stainless steel here, and while a little cozy, there’s just enough space to allow you to cook and eat comfortably. The unit’s single bathroom is just off to the right and features a clean design with stylish tile in the shower.
The unit’s single bedroom is just ahead as you enter and offers a comfortable queen bed, seating and entertainment. This room doubles as the unit’s living room … everything you need in one convenient, efficient space. There’s also a full laundry in one of the bedroom closets. So efficient!

Adorable and private space with a wonderful host. It has everything needed and some added bonuses like the garage, washer and dryer, and the covered patio. The bed was comfortable and even though the space is small, it functions well. We really loved the location as it is within walking distance to Old Colorado City and close to a lot of local attractions, such as Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Open Space, Manitou Springs, and of course, Pikes Peak. My husband and I travel for work and carry our equipment in our truck so having a garage was especially helpful as we were able to unload everything making our driving experience to Pikes Peak safer. I would definitely stay here again. I sent my athlete there for a week and he loved it.. felt relaxed and enjoyed the place. The stay was exactly what my husband and I needed during our transition into our new home. Philip was very responsive and overall kind. The place was very clean; I was able to successfully work remotely. For a temporary longterm stay, I would highly recommend.
